FESPA 2013
We are already close to FESPA 2013 , held in London commencing June 25th through
the 29th. FESPA 2013 is the largest event focusing the wide format print industry;
encompassing the very latest equipment and consumables in digital printing, screen
printing, industrial and garment decoration at the award winning ExCel London
Exhibition Centre.
Flexa at FESPA 2013
As usual, the whole flexa staff is enthusiast to participate in FESPA 2013 in order to show
its high quality standard to an international professional audience as well as to
demonstrate the latest machines of their product range.
On our innovative stand we will showcase many devices of different Flexa product
linessuch as: the laminating machine Easy Lite 160, the rotative cutter Extrim, the
automatic X-Y cutter Miura II, the impulse welding machine Apollo 155, the new vertical
panel saw DOGMA 3.2; the new doming system Flexadome, and many more items
and accessories for the print finishing and wide format print applications.
During the ongoing delicate period for many markets exporting is getting more and
more fundamental and must be part of today’s strategy. FESPA 2013 will be the most
important international exhibition for Flexa in 2013. We wish to consolidate our
distribution network and explore new market opportunities. All the machines on exhibit
can be demonstrated to show to the visitors their excellent functionality.
FESPA 2013
Wir stehen unmittelbar vor der FESPA 2013 in London (25. -29. Juni). FESPA 2013 ist die
bedeutendste und grösste Veranstaltung welche sich auf die Wide Format Printing
Industrie fokusiert und neueste Geräte und Verbrauchsmaterialien für den Digtal und
Siebdruck, sowie Textilien und
Dekorationsstoffe
im preisgekrönten ExCel
Ausstellungszentrum in London zeigt.
FLEXA AN DER FESPA 2013
Wie gewohnt ist auch dieses Jahr das gesamte Flexa Team begeistert daran
teilzunehmen, um dem internationalen Fachpublikum seine Produktqualität in der Praxis
an zahlreichen Maschinen und Systemen in der Praxis zu zeigen.
Auf unserem innovativen Stand präsentieren wir verschiedene Flexa Produktlinien wie
z.B. die Laminierpresse - EASY LITE 160, den Formatschneider - EXRIM, das automatische
X-Y Formatschneidsystem - MIURA II, das Impuls Schweisssystem - Apollo 155, die
brandneue Vertikalsäge für Platten - DOGMA 3.2, das geniale Doming System FLEXADOM und viele praktische Zubehörartikel für die Finishing – und Wide Format

Während der anhaltend heiklen MArktsituation in vielen Ländern wird der Exort immer
wichtiger und ist zwingend Teil der Strategie eines jeden Unternehmens. FESPA 2013 ist
die wichtigste internationale Fachmesse der Branche. Wir möchten durch unsere
Teilnahme unser Vertriebsnetz verdichten und uns neue Märkte erschliessen. Alle
ausgestellten Maschinen werden life demonstriert um den Besucher in Praxis von der
hohen Funktionalität zu überzeugen.
Dogma 3.2
Dogma 3.2 is a brand new compact vertical panel saw for vertical and horizontal
cutting of various panels and materials. Especially efficient and versatile in use, Dogma
3.2 does not requite much floor space, is very easy to handle and ensures precise cuts
of panels of up to 210 cm height and unlimited length.
The development of Dogma 3.2 is based on an accurate study and the use of high
quality parts and components. It comes with the well-known robustness of Flexamachines and it is full of features that will make a difference: the included aspiration kit,
the ergonomic reference bar, the intermediate support for smaller size pieces and the
very useful spinning cutting unit.

Dogma 3.2
Dogma 3.2 ist eine neue, kompakte vertikale Plattensäge für vertikales und horizontales
Schneiden von Platten aus unterschiedlichsten Materialien. Besonders effizient und
vielseitig im Einsatz benötigt Dogma 3.2 nur wenig Platz, ist sehr einfach zu bedienen
und liefert pràzisen Schnitte von PLatten bis 210 cm Höhe und praktisch unbegrenzter
Breite.
Die Entwicklung der Dogma 3.2 basiert auf einer genauen Untersuchung des Marktes
unter Verwendung von hochwertigen Bauteilen und Komponenten. Das System verfügt
über die bekannte Robustheit von Flexa-Maschinen und bietet darüber hinaus spezielle
Ausstattungen wie ein integriertes Absaugsystem, ergonomisches designte
Bedienungselemente, Zwischenhalterung für Kleinformate und sein besonderes

Extrim
Extrim is the latest FLEXA rotary cutter. Actually it can be considered the most
performing electric cutter on the market. With a 100 m/min maximum speed, its
simplicity of use, it allows to increase cutting productivity by up to 100% compared to
manual cutting operations.
It comes in two different sizes, (260 cm or 360 cm) and it is designed, developed and
completely manufactured in Italy, using Italian components and parts.

Extrim
EXTRIM ist das neueste Formatschneidesystem mit einem selbstschärfendem
Rundmesser. Tatsächlich handelt es sich bei diesem Formatschneider um das derzeit
am besten beurteilte System dieser Art auf dem Markt. Mit einer max. Geschwindigkeit
von 100 m/ Min. und einfachster Handhabung bringt er bis zu 100 % Steigerung in der
Produktivität gegenüber manueller Arbeitsweise.
Das System ist in zwei Breiten lieferbar (260 cm oder 360 cm). EXTRIM ist bei Flexa
konzipiert
und unter Verwendung von italienischen Bauteilen und Komponenten hergestellt.

Miura II
Miura II is an automatic cutting machine with rotating blades for X and Y trimming of
printed images and other materials and flexible supports, such as paper (also if
laminated), photographic paper, Durantrans, PVC coated adhesive films, polyester,

polycarbonate, reflective material, magnetic rubber, banner (up to 900 grams), and
different kinds of fabric.
Miura II operates in three different modes: Manual, Automatic and Crop Mark mode; it
is extremely easy to set up and in use working with the intuitive touch-screen control.
Miura II will cut precisely any sheet format from a master roll, regardless of the kind of
paper.

Miura II
Miura II ist eine automatische Schneidmaschine mit rotierenden Messern für X-Y
Schneiden
gedruckter Bilder oder flexiblen Materialien wie z.B. Papier (auch laminiert). Fotopapier,
Duratrans, PVC beschichteten Klebefolien, Polyester, Polycarbonat, reflektierenden
Folien, Magnetgummi (bis 900 g) sowie unterschiedlichste Arten von Geweben. MIURA II
arbeitet in drei verschiedenen Modis: Manuell, automatisch oder gemäss
Schnittmarkierungen. Dank Touchscreen-Funktionen ist Miura II besonders leicht zu
bedienen. Ab einer Masterrollen lassen sich Formate genau schneiden, egal um
welches Papier es sich handelt.

Easy Lite 160
Within the wide range of Flexa laminators the entry-level model is Easy Lite 160, a
machine that combines high quality performances, flexibility and low cost.
Easy Lite 160 is a professional laminator for mounting images on panels, apply doublesided adhesive films, application tape and protective films, in a simple, fast and precise
way. There is a 30 mm open space between rollers to make the charging of the
machine very easy.

Easy Lite 160
Innerhalb der breiten Palette der Flexa-Laminatoren ist das Einsteigermodell Easy Lite
160 kostengünstig und bietet hohe Leistung verbunden mit Flesibilität im Einsatz. Easy
Lite 160 ist ein Laminator für den Profi der damit Drucke auf Panele montiert,
doppelseitige Klebefolien, Schutzfilme Application Tape usw schnell und problemlos
appliziert. Ein 30 mm max. Abstand zwischen den Walzen ist ein besonderer Vorteil beim

Apollo 155
Apollo 155 employs brand new impulse technology for the welding of PVC fabrics and
many other materials. The heating elements used for the welding operation utilize the
impulse technology which allows a precise joint and avoids pleads and damage of the
fabrics.
Other than high-frequency welding systems, the impulse welding technology is not
dangerous at all. It is completely environmentally safe because there is no exposure to
any electromagnetic field! For this reason it can be placed close to printing machines
and computers without creating any risk of radiation. Strong and reliable, with very low
cost of maintenance, Apollo 155 is very easy to use thanks to the touch screen control
panel that sets and controls the heating temperature and curing time. The control unit
is able to memorize 39 different settings in order to customize the welding of frequently
used materials.

APOLLO 155 verwendet für das Schweissen von PCV Blachen und zahreichen anderen
Stoffen neueste Impulstechnologie. Die Heizelement zum Verschweissen werden durch
Impulstechnologie aufgeheizt. Präzise, besonders haltbare Schweissnähte ohne Falten
sind das Ergebnis.

essential in print finishing and wide format applications.
Among the different accessories you will see the new FLEXA CLEANING ROLL; it is magic
and deserves particular attention.
This item is a simple but very effective tool to remove dust from media and wide format
prints before laminating avoiding the forming of bubbles and imperfection on the end
product.

Ausser den zahreichen Print Finishing-Systemen finden Sie an unserem Stand an der
FESPA 2013 eine Vielzahl von Hilfsmitteln und Zubehör unter unserer Produktgruppe “Mat
& Co”. U.a. sehen Sie FLEXA CLEANING ROLL, die magische Hilfe, die Ihre besondere
Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Dieser Artikel ist zwar ganz einfach, aber ein besonders
effizientes Werkzeug für den qualitätsbewussten Profi. Er vermeidet vor dem Laminieren
die Ablagerung von Staubpartikeln und Blasen im Endprodukt.
Flexadome
Flexadome is a brand new system to apply resin giving a 3D effect to PVC and
polyester labels and many other materials.
Flexadome works with a mono-component resin that does not require any mixing
operations. It is polymerizes in a UV-lamp oven. This way, all surplus material can be
reused, there is no waste and unlike other methods which use bi-component resins.
The unique multifunction timer memorizes and re-uses the dosing time for every single
label, making repeat operation so simple and sure.
Another advantage of the Flexadome device is the very short production time: One
operation cycle takes about 10 minutes and also the re-activation of the system is also
very fast. It needs maximum 10 seconds.

Flexadome ist ein brandneues 3D-Domingsystem für das Beschichten von PVC-,
Polyester Etiketten und anderen Untergründen. Flexadome funktioniert mit einem
Mono-Komponentenharz was keine Anmischen mehr erforderlich macht. Das Harz wird
in einem UV Ofen polymerisiert. Dank dem 1-Komponenten-Harz gibt es auch kein
Abfallmaterial mehr (Überschuss aus der Mischung). Der Multifunktion-Timer des
Applicators speichert die einmal eingestellte Menge und wiederholt sie beliebig oft bis
eine neue Menge eingegeben wird. Der Produtionscyklus beträgt ca. 10 Minuten. Für
die Neujustage des Systems benötigt man max. 10 Sekunden.
