Information for ticket order
Order of subscriptions will be handled immediately; order of single tickets will be handled from the 15th
of October 2015 on. The order of tickets is binding; reservations are handled in the order of their
arrival, provided that seats are still available. Please mind that the handling of tickets can take several
days. You are asked to be patient; the ticket office of the Liszt Festival Raiding will contact you as soon
as possible. In the rare case if you do not receive a confirmation after 14 days please contact the ticket
office again.
The box office opens one hour before the beginning of each concert. Refund for price of admission is
not possible for tickets that have not been engaged or collected, also refunds are not authorized due to
program, cast, or venue changes. To receive a refund, the event must be cancelled no later than fortyfive minutes into the performance. Refunds for tickets can be collected for seven days at the location
where they were purchased. With the purchase of an admission ticket, the visitor accepts the rules of
the house. It is strictly upheld that latecomers will only be admitted during intermission. There are a few
seats available for those requiring wheelchair access. We ask you to notify us by telephone at the
ticket office. With your ticket of the Liszt Festival Raiding you get free entrance to the Liszt Museum.
