As a crossover strength athlete Johannes Lierfeld is exploring the broad field of
human strength. He successfully competed in powerlifting, benchpressing,
submission grappling, grip strength and kettlebell lifting (girevoy sport). Currently he´s
preparing for his strongman debut in the lightweight division weighing only 176 lbs.
