Under the authority vested in it by section 74
of the Community Planning Act, the Municipal
Council of the City of Miramichi, duly

hereby amended to change the zoning
designation from "Single and Two-Unit
Dwelling Zone" (R-2) to "Mini/Mobile
Home Park Zone" (RP) that shall apply
properfy identification number
(PID#) 40223141 located on the south
side of Devin Street at Rennie Road
and is indicated in Schedule "A-9"
appended hereto and forming part
thereof.

carrying out of a specific proposal and
is subject to a Resolution of Council or
an Agreement imposing terms

COUNCIL RESOLUTION PURSUANTTO SECTION 39 OFTHE
COMMUNITY PUNNING ACTOF NEW BRUNSWICK

Whereas Devin MacTavish has applied to amend Schedule "A" Zoning Map of the City of
Miramichi Zoning Bylaw No. 91 to change the zoning of the Subject Land described as PID
40223t4L and located on the south side of Devin Street at Rennie Road from "Slngle and Two
Unit Dwelling Zone" (R-2) to "Mini/Mobile Home Park Zone" (RP) to allow expansion of the
existing MacTavish Mini-Home Park to add four (4) new mini-home sites;
And Whereas, City Council wishes to impose reasonable terms and conditions upon said
rezoning, if lt is granted;
IT RESOLVED that any rezoning of PID 4022314t granted in response to the above noted
application be subject to the following terms and conditions:
BE
(i)
That the development of the Subject Propefi be in general accordance with the
Sites Layout Plan, including the variances needed to accommodate reduced
buildlng setback from Devin Street streetline and the reduced site depth for all
four proposed mini-home sites; and
(ii)
Before any connection to municipal piped infrastructure to service the Proposed
Development and before any issuance of a building permit to allow placement of
a mini-home on the Subject Property, that a License to Expand a Mini-home Park
be obtained from GMRSC - Planning Services, pursuant to City of Miramichi MiniHome Park By-Law No. 45.
