planned. Main details are given when they are known. Only
information submitted by authorized sources are published
in this list.

only be submitted by the International Commissioner or
Chief Commissioner of your National Scout Organization, to
whom you should forward the completed form.
Before making plans to paticipate in any event, leaders are
advised to request further information from the national
headquarters of the host association, or to another address
where specified. This list is published in May and December,
and updated regularly on the internet at: http://scout.
org/en/information_events/events

INTERNATIONAL EVENTS FORM
If you are planning a Scout event and want to invite Scouts from other countries to attend, please complete this form
and send it to the International Commissioner or Chief Commissioner of your National Scout Organization to provide
the World Scout Bureau with the relevant information and approval. This information will be published in the
International Events List, and distributed twice a year, in May and in December, to all National Scout Organizations,
and to individuals upon request.
The International Events List comprises only:
1. Notified official events, including World and Regional Scout Youth Fora and Scout Conferences, World and Regional
Scout Jamborees and Moots, the JOTA-JOTI.
2. Events which are hosted or authorized by National Scout Organizations which are members of the World
Organization of the Scout Movement.
Announce your event early. Invitations to other countries for events should be made at least one year in advance.
The many workshops and seminars which are organized each year for adult leaders in the six Regions are generally
not included in the International Events List nor the online Scouting Events Database. These events are normally
promoted within the Regions. Regional events which are open by invitation to participants coming from other Regions
may be listed.

Si vous planifiez une manifestation scoute à laquelle vous désirez inviter des scouts d'autres pays, veuillez compléter le
présent formulaire et l'envoyer au Commissaire International ou Commissaire Général de votre Organisation scoute
nationale pour approbation et transmission au Bureau Mondial du Scoutisme. Cette information sera publiée dans la
Liste des manifestations internationales, distribuée deux fois par an, en mai et en décembre, aux Organisations scoutes
nationales et à ceux qui en font la demande.
Seules les manifestations suivantes sont publiées dans la liste:
1. Les manifestations officielles comprenant les Forums des Jeunes du Scoutisme Mondial et Régionaux, les
Conférences Mondiales du Scoutisme et Régionales, les Jamborees et Moots Scouts Mondiaux et Régionaux,
le JOTA-JOTI.
2. Les manifestations organisées par les Organisations scoutes nationales membres de l’Organisation Mondiale du
Mouvement Scout ou dûment autorisées.
Annoncez vos manifestations suffisamment tôt ! Adressez les invitations au moins un an à l’avance !
Les nombreux ateliers et séminaires organisés chaque année pour les responsables adultes dans les six Régions ne
sont habituellement pas inclus dans la Liste des manifestations internationales ni dans la base de données en ligne.
Ces événements sont en général annoncés au sein des Régions. Les événements régionaux qui sont ouverts sur
invitation à des participants venant d'autres Régions peuvent être répertoriés dans la liste.
