Legal Experience After studying law in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Thomas Schachl obtained his Master in International Intellectual Property Law at the University of Exeter / UK and Dresden / Germany focussing on international and national aspects of patent and trademark law. For more than 5 years, Thomas Schachl practiced as an attorney-at-law at a leading German law firm specialized in patent infringement and patent nullity proceedings. There he focussed on patent infringement proceedings, employee invention law, license agreements and damages.
