Der Bremskraftverstärker mit Dual Rate Kennlinie zeigt bis
zu einer definierten Pedalkraft die gleiche Charakteristik
wie ein konventioneller Bremskraftverstärker. Wird diese
bestimmte Pedalkraft überschritten, wirkt ein höherer
Verstärkungsfaktor, wodurch bei gleicher Pedalkraft ein
deutlich höherer Bremsdruck erzielt wird.
Compared to a conventional booster, the Dual Rate brake
booster has identical characteristics up to a defined pedal
force. If that defined pedal force is exceeded, the booster
has an increased ratio. As a result a higher brake pressure
is achieved for the same level of pedal force.
