Die Konstruktion des Trennwandsystems bietet eine nachträgliche Demontage jedes einzelnen Paneels, um ohne
Aufwand spätere Installationen bzw. Einbauänderungen
sowie Reparaturarbeiten zu ermöglichen.

Frei zugängliche Oberflächen des Fertigwandsystems
sind makroskopisch glatt und porenfrei ausgeführt.
Hygiene
Exposed surfaces, which might cause hygiene problems, are macroscopically smooth and free from
pores.
Röntgenstrahlenschutz
Die zweischalige Fertigwand hat einen Bleigleichwert
von 0,6 mm bei 100KV (bzw. 0,3 mm bei 150KV).
Höhere Bleigleichwerte werden mit Bleiblech in entsprechender Stärke erreicht.
X-ray protection
The double panelled wall system has an X-ray protection lead equivalent of 0,6 mm at 100 KV (or 0,3 mm
at 150 KV). Higher levels of protection can be achieved using supplementary lead sheeting.
Brandschutz
Das Wandsystem ist aus nicht brennbaren AMaterialien hergestellt. Im Brandfall bilden sich keine
Gase welche gesundheitsgefährdende Konzentrationen entwickeln. Die zweischaligen Paneelwände

The wall system is made of a non-flammable
A-material. In case of fire, there is no development
of gases that could become a health hazard. The
double panelled wall system is in accordance with
EN 13501-2, fire resistant class EI 90.
Schallschutz
Die Paneelwand ohne Mineralfaser erreicht ein bewertetes Schalldämmmaß von R’w 44 dB. Die zweischalige Paneelwand mit Mineralfaser erreicht ein BauSchalldämmmaß von R’w 56 dB.
Noise protection
The single panelled wall system (without mineral fibre)
has a noise insulation rate of R´w 44 dB.
The double panelled wall system (with mineral fibre)
has a noise insulation rate of R´w 56 dB.

Das Deckensystem ist die konsequente Ergänzung des modularen Wandsystems.
Die Kassetten-Module sind auf das Achsrastermaß des Wandsystems abgestimmt
und einzeln abnehmbar. Anschluß und
Paßkassetten ergänzen das System.

Deckenaufhängung
Die Unterkonstruktion besteht aus einem verklammerten Verband aus Trage- und
Querprofilen, die einen stabilen Rost bilden.
Deckenkassetten
Die Deckenkassetten bestehen wahlweise aus
geschliffenem Edelstahlblech oder elektrolytisch verzinktem und auf der Sichtseite lackiertem Qualitätsstahlblech.
The ceiling system is the logical supplementary module to the wall system. The
panel modules match the wall system grid
dimensions and each panel can be detached individually. Adaptor panels and
installation panels complete the system
range.

Ceiling fixture rail
The sub-structure consists of support and cross
profiles, fixed together to form a rigid grid
which matches the wall panel grid.
Ceiling Panels
Ceiling panels are made of either polished
stainless steel sheet or of electrolytically galvanized quality steel sheet, enamelled on the
visible side.

Reinräume geeignet. Niedertemperatur als Vorraussetzung für moderne Heiztechniken.
Radiant heat ensures optimal comfort. No convection
effects, therefore very suitable for operating theatres or
clean rooms. Low temperature as required by modern
heating technology.
