U pipe series solar collectors are always connected with existing heating supply device.
The selective coating on the inner cover of the
evacuated tube converts solar energy into heat
energy and transfer heat to metal U tube by an
aluminium fin. The liquid (usually a glycol-water
antifreeze mixture) in the metal U tube is heated
and conducts the heat energy to the water inside the storage tank through plate exchanger
or internal spiral coils.
The U-type collector adopt the fins with fast
radiation speed and international patent interference membrane plating technology, so
it has the advantage of high temperature and
fast heat transfer speed. And there is no water
in the tube, the water scale will not come into
being, so there is noch dnger of blast, and the
machine`s lifetime is longer and performance is
better. The length of tube is longer, and the collecting performance is improved by 12% compared with the normal tubes. The performance
is steady, and the collector area is bigger, the
heat ist more and the speed is faster, the cold
water turns into hot water in a faster speed.

All glass evacuated tubes are the key component of solar collectors. The evacuated
tube is similar to a convidentional Dewar
flask and consists of two borosilicate glass tubes, a glass with high chemical and thermal
shock resistance. The outer side of the inner
tube is coated with a sputtered solar selective surface. This coated inner tube is closed
at one end and sealed at the other end to
the outer tube. The annular space between
the outer tube and inner tube is evacuated
to virtually eliminate heat loss by conduction
and convection. Himin evacuated collector
tubes are produced according to two new
patents from the Sydney University exclusively licensed to our company.
