HERE - The Dog Rescue Center Samui

Winner of the international award Golden Paw 2009
On December 13th 2009 the Dog and Cat Rescue Center Samui wan the first prize of TASSO.
The award was endowed with 5000 Euros and was committed to the modernization of our
buildings. Dr. Sid had to treat and operate his patients in only one room. Now we converted 2
rooms that originally were considered to serve as an apartment for the vet, into a surgery and
an operating room. We had to tile the floors and bought a refrigerator as well as an airconditioning system. Additionally, we bought some furniture and an operating table.

Sabine was so nice to receive the award for us. My special and hearty thanks to her in the
name of all the animals.

Hier wird später eine neue Treppe mit „Wartezimmer“ gebaut.

Dr. Sith adds the finishing touches. He is very excited and looking forward to his new animal
clinic.

Jetzt wird eingezogen…
Dr. Sith is very happy in the new rooms. We are optimistic that we can establish better hygienic
conditions due to the 2 new rooms. Until now, we had to enter the operation room just to treat
an animal although Dr. Sith was in the middle of an operation of another animal.
