Salzburgs einzigem Gletscherskigebiet erwarten Sie bis in den Früh­sommer
sonnige, weite Gletscherhänge und gepflegte Sonnen-Terrassen zum
Entspannen und Genießen.
Enjoy the glacier until summer begins:
On the Kitzsteinhorn mountain they say ‘the clocks tick differently’.
Winter sports can be enjoyed from early autumn right through to the
start of the summer. Salzburg’s only glacial skiing region offers sunny,
broad glacial slopes and cultivated sun decks aid relaxation and
indulgence right through to the early summer.

GLACIER SKIING AREA.
Ticketsystem – KeyCard
KeyCard-Pfand € 2,00. Die unbeschädigten KeyCards werden an den Rücknahmeautomaten an der Talstation, an allen Skipassverkaufsstellen, Servicenetwork-Shops und
vielen Beherbergungsbetrieben zurückgenommen. Das Skigebiet nicht mit zwei gültigen Karten betreten – sonst wird von jedem Ticket ein Tag abgebucht.
Kartenumtausch und Kartenersatz: Umtausch, Übertragung auf Andere, Verlängerung oder Verschiebung der Gültigkeitsdauer ist nicht möglich. Kein Ersatz für verlorene
oder vergessene Skipässe.
Rückvergütung ab 2-Tages-Skipass: Rückvergütung der nicht genützten Skitage
bei Unfall oder Krankheit für Skipässe ab 2 Tagen gegen Hinterlegung des Skipasses
und eines ärztlichen Attests (kann auch nachgereicht werden) an den Kassen möglich.
Bei Abgabe des Skipasses am Unfalltag bis 10 Uhr wird auch dieser Tag rückvergütet.
Bitte beachten Sie: Keine Rückvergütung für Tageskarten, aus Witterungsgründen oder
bei Betriebseinschränkungen.
Kartenmissbrauch: Bei Kartenmissbrauch oder Verwendung durch Dritte wird der
Skipass ersatzlos eingezogen und Bußgeld verrechnet.
Kredit- und Bankomatkarten: Werden gerne akzeptiert.
Bitte beachten Sie: Der Skipass inkludiert täglich eine Gletscher-Bergfahrt mit den
Zubringerbahnen. Weitere Bergfahrten nur mit Voranmeldung bei der Erstauffahrt.
Verkaufs- und Beförderungslimitierung
Wir sind um Ihre Sicherheit bemüht. Bitte haben Sie daher Verständnis, dass es aufgrund von bestimmten Witterungs- und Betriebsumständen zu Verkaufs- und/oder Beförderungslimitierungen kommen kann.
Pisten- und Rettungsdienst
Unser Pisten- und Rettungsdienst überwacht nur markierte und geöffnete Pisten. Wir bitten
um Verständnis, dass Bergekosten zu einer unserer Talstationen verrechnet werden.
Bergungen außerhalb der markierten und geöffneten Skipisten, Hubschrauberbergungen
oder Suchaktionen werden extra verrechnet.
Where nature takes control
Services and facilities on the glacier depend on the actual weather and operational
conditions.
Sale of ski passes: Daily from 8am at the valley station ticket offices.
Ticket system – KeyCard
KeyCard deposit: € 2.00. Intact KeyCards can be returned at the return card machines
in the valley stations, at any of the ski pass sales offices, service network shops and
many lodging establishments. Do not enter the ski area with two valid passes – otherwise one day from each ticket will be deducted.
Exchanging or replacing ski passes: Exchange, transfer to other persons, extension or postponement of validity is not permitted. No replacement for lost or
forgotten ski passes.
Reimbursement of 2 or more day ski passes: Refunds for unused days of skiing
in the event of accident or illness for ski passes valid for a min. of two days are possible providing the ski pass is returned to one of the cash desks along with a doctor’s
note (can also be handed in at a later date). If the ski pass is returned by 10am on
the day of the accident, that day will also be refunded.
Please note: refunds will not be issued for day tickets, in the case of poor weather or
operating restrictions. Fraudulent misuse: Improper use of a ski pass or use by a
third party will result in revocation without replacement and a fine will be charged.
Debit and credit cards: are welcome.
Please note: the ski pass includes one glacier ride daily. For more rides, please make
reservations in advance on your first ride.

Safety is our chief concern, so please be patient if you find that we have to restrict
ticket sales or the number of people we can transport because of weather conditions
or operational requirements.
Tipp: Gipfelwelt 3000 (Nationalpark Gallery, Cinema 3000,
Piste, search and rescue service
Our piste, search and rescue service only monitors open, signposted ski slopes.
Please understand that a rescue fee will be charged for transporting an injured party to
the valley station. Rescues occurring away from open, signposted ski slopes, helicopter
rescues or the sending out of search parties will be charged separately.
