Goals of the Clare Oasis Indoor/Outdoor
Farmers Market:
Each space is approximately 10’ x 10’
(There are a few 5’ x 5’ spaces available)
To create a welcoming environment with
activities that will draw new customers
Seasonal Vendor (24 weeks)

To work in partnership with our vendors
to ensure a successful event
Single Space $400 ______ $50 discount if paid before
the first farmers market day ($350)

To bring people together in a community
activity
Double Space $700 _____ $25 discount if paid before
the first farmers market day ($675)

To support and provide awareness of our
local farmers and entrepreneurs

To run a self-sufficient market

Our Market is welcoming to all!
There is something for everyone:
The Outdoor Area includes local Produce
Vendors marketing their fresh and organic
produce, meats, eggs and honey, Product
Vendors, Bakery Vendors, Food Vendors and
The Creative Corner Activity of the Day.
The Indoor Area includes Crafters, Artisans and
other Creative Product Vendors marketing their
handiwork.
( $50 Nonrefundable deposit per space
required at time of application )
Weekly Vendor
Single Space $20
Double Space $37
Set up is permitted between 1:30pm—2:45pm.
Tear down is from 7pm—8pm. Vendors cannot
leave their space before 7pm.
All vendors will have assigned spaces. Vendors
may provide their own tables, chairs and tents
(if outdoors). Use of EZ-Up-style tents is
strongly encouraged, and for safety, they are
required to be secured by weights. Vendors must
clean up and take all refuse by 8pm.
In accordance with our goals, the Clare Oasis
Indoor/Outdoor Farmers Market invites LOCAL
VENDORS ONLY. Local distance is defined as
a 100-mile radius. All products must be planted,
grown, maintained, harvested or produced
within the local distance parameters. Both food
and non-food sellers must be directly involved
with the production of their product.
All Produce vendors must be registered with the
South Milwaukee Health Department. Please call
414-768-8055 and ask for Marty Zabkowicz.

$10 per week ($150 per season)
1 Table & 1 Chair
$ 5 per week
2 Tables & 2 Chairs $10 per week
