Deloitte Luxembourg opens its doors to students
Deloitte Luxembourg regularly opens its doors to students coming from various nationalities.
Over the last few months, two events have been organised, one for Luxembourg students and,
more recently, one for, French and Belgian students. They were invited to discover Deloitte
Luxembourg through a full two-day programme. The event promoted the firm’s culture and
allowed students to get a first glance of different careers through presentations, workshops
and discussions with the professionals. The open days concluded with recruitment interviews.
Inviting students to get creative, a photo contest was organised using origami, representative
of Deloitte’s career campaign, ‘Shape your future’. All contributions were presented on the
‘Your Future at Deloitte (Luxembourg)’ Facebook page.
Delphine Berlemont, head of Sourcing & Recruitment at Deloitte Luxembourg, stated: “I am
once again very pleased with the outcome of the Open Days this year. This initiative has
proven to be a resounding success for both the participants and the firm, as it has led to
numerous encounters which will certainly prove to be fruitful.”
The next Open Days at Deloitte Luxembourg will be dedicated to German students and take
place on 5 and 6 June 2014.
Deloitte Luxembourg ouvre ses portes aux étudiants
Deloitte Luxembourg ouvre régulièrement ses portes à des étudiants de tous horizons. A ce
titre, deux événements ont été organisés ces derniers mois, l'un à destination des étudiants
luxembourgeois et l'autre, plus récent, des étudiants français et belges.
Dans le cadre d'un programme de deux jours, les étudiants ont été invités à découvrir Deloitte
Luxembourg, sa culture d'entreprise ainsi que les différentes carrières proposées. Présentations,
ateliers et débats avec des professionnels ont été au menu de ces journées portes ouvertes, qui
se sont achevées sur des entretiens d'embauche.
Les étudiants ont pu laisser libre cours à leur créativité au travers d'un concours photo qui a
repris le visuel de la campagne de recrutement « Shape your future » de Deloitte en mettant en
scène des origamis. Toutes les contributions ont été publiées sur la page Facebook « Your
Future at Deloitte (Luxembourg) ».

initiative s'est avérée tout aussi gratifiante pour les participants que pour nous, car elle a donné

l'avenir. »
Les prochaines journées portes ouvertes de Deloitte Luxembourg se tiendront les 5 et 6 juin 2014
et concerneront cette fois-ci les étudiants allemands.
Deloitte Luxemburg: Tag der offenen Tür für Studenten
Deloitte Luxemburg öffnet regelmäßig seine Türen für internationale Studenten. In den
letzten Monaten wurden zwei Veranstaltungen organisiert: eine für luxemburgische und
kürzlich eine für französische und belgische Studenten. Durch ein umfassendes zweitägiges
Programm wurde den Studenten das Unternehmen und die Unternehmenskultur
nähergebracht. Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltungen wurde den Studenten die Möglichkeit
geboten, durch Präsentationen, Workshops und Diskussionen mit Experten erste Einblicke in
die verschiedenen Karrieremöglichkeiten zu gewinnen. Die Veranstaltung endete mit
Bewerbungsgesprächen.
Ein Fotowettbewerb mit Origami – Teil der Karrierekampagne „Shape your future“ von
Deloitte Luxemburg – wurde veranstaltet, um die Kreativität der eingeladenen Studenten zu
wecken. Alle Beiträge wurden auf der Facebook-Seite „Your Future at Deloitte
(Luxembourg)“ vorgestellt.

bin wieder einmal mit dem Ergebnis der diesjährigen Tage der offenen Tür äußerst zufrieden.
Diese Initiative war sowohl für die Teilnehmer als auch für das Unternehmen ein voller
Erfolg, da es zu zahlreichen Begegnungen kam, die bestimmt Früchte tragen werden.“
Die nächste Veranstaltung bei Deloitte Luxemburg findet am 5. und 6. Juni 2014 für deutsche
Studenten statt.
