Unit description
Our standard testing unit has been developed for
periodical re-qualifications. The separate infeed/outfeed of the cylinders and the available storage possibility before and after the test process ensure a smooth flow for a continuous operation. The
automation level offers a simultaneous infeed and
outfeed and allows to operate the system with only
one operator. Our customers are operating this specific system successfully since 10 years.
This device is constructed using only stainless materials in order to grant a long lifetime and to keep
maintenance costs low around the ultrasonic testing
environment.

Test Electronic/Software
The system is controlled by a PLC which can be
operated by a touch screen module. The data handling is flexible and can be adapted to the customer’s requirements. Every test and calibration is
automatically recorded together with its settings. The
traceability of the test results is ensured.
