Notes - Renseignements Utiles
1) Arrivée: prévue le mardi 13 mai, au Grand Hôtel Trento; 15h à 20h;
(via Alfieri 1 - 38100 TRENTO (Tel. 0039-0461-271702) - 300 m juste devant à la gare)
2) Accueil des participants dans la hall, par le personnel de l’Institut (chaque établissement est prié de bien vouloir déposer les vins apportés pour
le congrès au moment de l’enregistrement). 3) Les déplacements jusqu’à l’institut seront garantis par des navettes.
4) Vins pour le Congrès: bouteilles à apporter:
a. Concours vins étudiantes: 2 bouteilles
b. Vitrine RESEE: 1 bouteille
c. Rencontre avec les autorités (du 16 mai) 2 bouteilles
d. Présentation des établissements: de nombreuses bouteilles (voir une quantité appropriée de vin)
4) Catégories de vin admises au concours (l’atelier de dégustation prévu le 14 mai 2008, dans l’après-midi): RESEE

2. vins rouges secs tranquilles
3. Vins rosés
4. Vins doux naturels
5. Vins liquoreux
6. Vins mousseux
7. vins pétillants
chaque établissement peut participer avec 2 typologies de vin et 3 bouteilles pour typologies.
5) Présentation des écoles: le 14 mai, à 20 h chaque établissement doit se présenter au publique, avec des dépliantes, posters, présentation ppt (apporter ordinateur), matériel illustratif, produit divers ……et vins.
6) Vitrine-souvenir RESEE: le 15 mai, à 19h 1 bouteille spéciale et représentative pour chaque établissement sera déposée dans
cette vitrine, en souvenir de cet événement.
7) rencontre officiel avec les autorités de la Province Autonome de Trente: le 16 mai. Au cours de cette rencontre chaque délégation des
différents Pays qui ont participé au Congrès sera invitée par les autorités et aura lieu un échange de souvenirs. On conseil de réserver 2
bouteilles pour ce moment.
A cette occasion sera annoncé le nom de l’établissement qui devra organiser le prochain X congrès RESEE, en 2010!
8) Le jour du départ (16 mai), après avoir quitté les chambres, il y a la possibilité de déposer les bagages en hôtel.

2) Nella hall del Grand Hotel Trento gli ospiti saranno accolti da nostro personale. Per ragioni organizzative chiediamo cortesemente di consegnare al momento dell’accreditamento il vino per le varie fasi della manifestazione.
a. Concorso vini studenti: max. 6 bottiglie;
b. Nicchia enologica RESEE: 1 bottiglia;
c. Incontro istituzionale del 16 maggio: 2 bottiglie;
d. Presentazione scuole: numero bottiglie a scelta di ogni istituto partecipante.
2) Im Grand Hotel Trento werden die Gäste von unserem Personal empfangen. Gleich nach der Zimmereinweisung, sollen,aus organisatorischen
Gründen, die mitgebrachten Weine unserem Personal abgegeben werden. Hier die Liste der nötigen Weine:
a) für die Weinprobe der SchülerInnen am Nachmittag des 14.05.08: max 6 Flaschen.
b) Für die “Nische” der europäischen Weinbauschulen: 1 Flasche.
c) Für das institutionelle Treffen am Vormittag des 16.05.08: 2 Flaschen.
d) Für die Vorstellung der Schulen am Abend des 14.05.08: beliebige Zahl.

3) Il Grand Hotel Trento dista ca. 300 metri dalla stazione dei treni di Trento.

4) Per raggiungere San Michele sono previsti dei bus navetta.
4) Die Beförderung der Gäste von Trento nach San Michele erfolgt durch Shuttle busse.

5) La giornata di mercoledì 14 maggio si svolgerà interamente a San Michele all’Adige ed il rientro è previsto per le ore 23.00 circa.
a. Il pomeriggio del 14 maggio è previsto, accanto al programma in aula magna, un concorso dei vini delle scuole gestito dagli studenti
sotto la guida di alcuni nostri insegnanti. Sono ammessi vini di queste sette categorie: vini bianchi, rossi, rosati, dolci naturali,
liquorosi, spumanti, frizzanti. Ogni scuola potrà partecipare con non più di due tipologie di vino. Per ogni tipologia vanno portate 3
bottiglie.
b. Alle ore 17.45 si svolgerà il consueto incontro tra presidi e docenti sulle problematiche inerenti alla Rete.
c. Alle ore 19.00 si inaugurerà la “NICCHIA ENOLOGICA RESEE”: ogni scuola dovrà portare una bottiglia rappresentativa per questa
importante vetrina.
d. Per la serata del 14 maggio è prevista la consueta presentazione delle scuole: ogni istituto potrà presentarsi sia con materiale cartaceo che informatico (eventualmente portare anche il pc portatile). E’ lasciata ad ogni scuola la libera scelta dei prodotti da presentare
in degustazione.
e. Nel corso della serata sono previste alcune visite facoltative alla nostra cantina, alla distilleria ed al museo degli usi e costumi della
gente trentina.
5) Das Programm vom Mittwoch, dem 14. Mai, spielt sich ganztägig in San Michele ab und die Rückfahrt ins Hotel ist für 23.00 Uhr geplant.
a) Am Nachmittag vom 14.05.08 ist auch ein Wettbewerb mit Weinen der verschiedenen Schulen geplant. Das wird von den SchülerInnen unter der Leitung von einigen unserer Lehrkräfte in verschiedenen Schulräumen gestaltet und läuft parallel zum Nachmittagstagungsprogramm in der Aula. Zu diesem Zweck sind folgende 7 Weintypen zugelassen: Weiss – Rot – Roseeweine – natürliche
Süssweine – Likörweine – Sektweine und Schaumweine. Unter Likörweinen versteht man Süssweine mit Zugabe von Alkohol. Jede
Schule kann sich am Wettbewerb maximal mit zwei Weintypen beteiligen. Pro Weintyp braucht man 3 Flaschen und deswegen sind
zu diesem Zweck maximal 6 Flaschen nötig (vgl. Punkt 2 a).
b) Um 17.45 Uhr wird circa eine Stunde in der Aula für die übliche Diskussion von internen Angelegenheiten des Netzes reserviert.
c) Um 19.00 Uhr wird die “Nische der europäischen Weinbauschulen” eingeweiht: zu diesem Zweck soll jede Schule eine gute Flasche
von einem räpresentativen Wein mitnehmen.
d) Ab 20.00 Uhr findet in der Mensa die übliche Vorstellung der Schulen statt. Zu diesem Zweck soll jede Schule Infomaterial mitnehmen (Broschüren, Plakate oder CD. In diesem Fall soll aber jede Schule sein eigenes PC mitbringen). Jede Schule soll selber
entscheiden welche und wieviele Weine nötig sind (vgl.Punkt 2 d).
e) Im Laufe des Abends am 14.05.08 sind auch die Besichtigungen (mit Führung) des historischen Augustinerkellers, der Destillerie und
des Heimatkundemuseums geplant.
5) May 14th: the event will entirely take place in San Michele and you will be back at the hotel at about 11 p.m.
6) La giornata di giovedì 15 maggio è dedicata alla visita del Trentino (4 bus suddivisi per lingue).
a. Alle ore 18.00 del 15 maggio è previsto un breve rientro in hotel (circa 45 minuti) e quindi la partenza per la serata di gala a
Mezzocorona (termine della serata ore 23.00 ca.).
7) La mattinata di venerdì 16 maggio è riservata ad un incontro istituzionale in un teatro di Trento. Nel corso dell’incontro tutte le delegazioni dei
singoli Paesi saranno chiamate sul palco per uno scambio di omaggi (sarebbe opportuno riservare due bottiglie di vino da offrire alle autorità
che ci ospitano come previsto al punto 2.c.). In questa occasione verrà annunciato anche il nome della scuola che organizzerà il X congresso
nel 2010.
a) La cerimonia di commiato ed il buffet avranno luogo invece direttamente al Grand Hotel Trento.
b) Il giorno di partenza è possibile depositare i bagagli in hotel.

6) Der ganze Tag am 15. Mai ist der Besichtigung des Trentinos gewidmet. Vier Gruppen mit vier Destinationen sind geplant (je nach Sprache).
a) Um 18.00 Uhr am 15.05.08 trifft man sich wieder im Grand Hotel Trento und um 18.45 Uhr fährt man dann nach Mezzocorona
weiter. Dort findet der GALAABEND statt.
7) Am 16. Mai ist vormittags ein institutionelles Treffen mit dem Präsidenten des Landtags und der Handelskammer in einem Theater in TrentoTrient vorgesehen. Im Laufe der Veranstaltung werden u.a. die einzelnen Schuldelegationen auf die Bühne geholt, weil sie ein Geschenk
erhalten. Zu diesem Anlass wäre nett, dass jede Schule zwei Flaschen Wein mitbringen würde (vgl. Pkt. 2 c). Während dieser Veranstaltung
sind auch die Bekanntgabe und die Vorstellung des nächsten Gastgebers 2010 vorgesehen.
a) Buffet und Abschiedszeremonie erfolgen im Hotel nach dem institutionellen Treffen.
b) Das Gepäck kann am Abreisetag im Hotel deponiert werden.

6) May 16th: in the afternoon beside the main programme a wine competition will be run by all students with the assistance of some teachers
of our school; the following wine types are allowed: white, red, rosè, natural sweet, fortified, low pressure sparkling wines and high pressure
sparkling wines. Every school can take part only with two types and three bottles are needed for each type.
a. The usual meeting between school directors and teachers about themes regarding the Web will take place at 17.45.
b. The “oenological niche” will be inaugurated at 7 o’clock p.m.: every school must have a representative bottle for this important
showcase.
c. The presentation of the schools has been scheduled for the evening of May 14th: every school can use either paper or computer
material (you can use your own laptop). Every school can chose free their products for tasting.
d. During the evening you can visit our wine cellar as well as our distillery and the museum of the customs of the people of Trentino.
e. May 15th: tour through Trentino (four groups: English speaking,French speaking, German speaking and Italian speaking).
f. At 6 p.m. a short stop at the hotel (about 45 minutes) and then departure to Mezzocorona for the gala dinner (end at 11 p.m.).
7) May 16th: an official meeting will take place in a theatre of Trento in the morning: all countries delegations will be called on the stage for an
exchange of gifts (it would be recommendable to offer the authorities two wine bottles, to thank them for their hospitality). On that occasion
it will be communicated where the tenth Meeting will take place in 2010.

b. On the departure day you can leave your luggage at the hotel
