Technoeconomic study on indirect heat pump system used in an EV or PHEV by modeling The project deals with the study of the optimization means of an indirect heat pump for an electric vehicle or a plug-in hybrid electricvehicle(PHEV)bynumerical simulation. The optimization of the thermal comfort system such as the heat pump leads to a reduction of the variability the vehicle’s electric range in cold climateconditions.Theaimisto minimize the energy consumption while keeping the same requirementsofcabinheating.Themain objectives are the evaluation of energy savings obtained by the following solutions; the use of an electrostatic valve, the reduction of the blown air temperature thanks to the use of conductive cabin heating devices, the energy savings by the combined use of airPTCs. Technical and economic study on the re-design of the battery case of the electrical vehicle ZOE TEXTE The battery case produced on the electrical vehicle ZOE has been designed with numerous parts which leads to a complicated and costly production. Furthermore, it has been conceived to be changed in less than 5 minutes (quickdropable) although it isn’t in reality. The purpose of the study is to redesign a piece of this battery to make it simpler in order to reduce the production costs. The constraint for this study is to offer a new design at least as good as the actual design in terms of lateral crash and vibratory response. In this report, will be presented the reasoning which led to the proposal of a new battery case, lighter and cheaper than the actual one. This study will also help the understanding of the behavior of the future battery cases during lateral crash and vibratory analysis. Finally, this battery case could be commercialized for the second generation of ZOE, if the economical balance is favorable. The purpose is to design a battery management system for charging anddischargingaMetal-Aircell. These systems are designed using conventional electronic components, tested in simulation using appropriate software and then verifiedbymakingaprototype. 32 TUTEUR ACADéMIqUE ACADEMIC TUTOR LAbORATOIRE LAbORATORy Philippe STEVENS EDF MISSION PROFESSIONNELLE / PROFESSIONAL PROJECT Évaluation de la technologie Lithium/Air pour application Véhicule Électrique Lestravauxprésentésdanscerapports’inscriventdanslecadrede l’évaluationdelatechnologieLithium/Airentantqueconstituantde systèmedestockaged’énergiepourapplicationembarquée,dans lecadred’unecollaborationentreEDFetRenaultsurlevéhicule électrique.
