Special Conditions for the Meghan Trainor Meet & Greet Package
Is a concert ticket included in the package?
Meet & Greet Packages include a Standing concert ticket with Early Entry to the show before standard
ticketholders. All Meet & Greet attendees must have a valid ticket for that night’s Meghan Trainor concert
to be able to attend the Meet & Greet.
Will I be able to get anything signed by Meghan Trainor?
Yes, we anticipate that you’ll have the opportunity to get one item signed during the M&G event.
Will there be a photo opportunity to have my picture taken with Meghan Trainor?
Yes, a professional camera will be used to take your picture with Meghan. A link to a digital copy of the
photograph will be sent to you via email (usually within forty-eight hours of the event). All photos for the
show will be held in one password-protected location and viewable by other Meet & Greet attendees – if
you have any issues with this, please let us know in advance of the show via email:

Will I be able to take pictures during the Meet & Greet?
No, due to time restrictions it will not be possible to take pictures with your own camera.
Will video cameras or recording equipment be allowed?
Under no circumstances will video cameras or recording equipment be allowed into the concert, or the
Meet & Greet.
When will the Meet & Greet take place?
The M&G event will take place pre-show. Exact timings will be sent to you prior to the event and are
subject to change. Please note the VIP Meet & Greet package time will differ from published show times please be prepared to arrive earlier in the afternoon.
Where will the Meet & Greet take place?
Within the auditorium or another space at the concert venue.
How long will the event last?
The exact amount of time Meghan will be able to spend with each M&G package holder will be
determined by her schedule for the evening.
When will I receive my Exclusive Tour Gift, Autographed 8 x 10 Photo and Commemorative laminate?
Our Event Host will present these items to you upon arrival at the M&G event.
Will I be receiving more information about the event?
Yes, full instructions and an itinerary for the day will be sent to you within two weeks of the event via
email.

Quand aura lieu le Meet & Greet ?
Le Meet & Greet aura lieu avant le concert. Les horaires vous seront envoyés par mail avant l'événement
et restent susceptibles de modification.
Attention les horaires du Meet & Greet varient en fonction des horaires des concerts – merci de prévoir
d’arriver tôt dans l’après-midi.
Où se déroulera le Meet & Greet ?
Dans un espace dédié dans l’enceinte de la salle du concert.
Combien de temps va durer le Meet & Greet ?
Le temps que pourra passer Meghan avec chaque participant dépendra de son planning de la soirée.
Quand vais-je recevoir le cadeau exclusif de la tournée, ma photo dédicacée et le pass laminate ?
Une hôtesse vous donnera ces articles à votre arrivée au Meet & Greet.
