The Conference organizers have decided that due to organization aspects all conference
participants should be placed in one hotel. The Hotel of John Paul the Second (www.hoteljp2.pl ul. Św. Idziego 2, 50-328 Wrocław phone +48 71 327 14 00, [email protected] fax: +48071-327-14-70) was chosen as the closest to the Wroclaw University of Technology. For that
purposes we have booked whole hotel and we can assure the rooms for all participants who
make their reservation before the end of May. Please, make your reservation (on the attached
form) directly in the hotel as soon as you can.

The conference will take place in June 28-29, 2016 in Wrocław, Ignacego Łukasiewicza 5
(Building B-4) in Wroclaw University of Technology, Wroclaw University of Technology.

* The student status is confirmed by a copy of valid student card which must be sent to the
Conference office with the fee payment.
** Participants from Poland are requested to pay the conference registration fee in Polish
currency.
Important information:
 Full registration and student fee include participation in scientific sessions, conference
proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and conference banquet.
 Accommodation is not included in fee - please go to the Location page on this website

 Please note, that the costs of bank transfer must be covered by your side: They cannot
