Packaging Solutions Business of EDAK AG
Starting September 1st 2015, EDAK will be under new ownership and renamed DESAPRO.
New owner and CEO, Dominique E Schinabeck, has many years experience in the Aerospace &
Defense industries, specializing in complex project solutions. In conjunction with the General
Manager at the US manufacturing facility Gregg Benoit, an expert and long-time industry insider,
DESAPRO will make the needs of its Customers their first priority, while simultaneously striving to
further increase the quality, productivity and efficiency of its manufacturing.
Moreover, in the coming years DESAPRO plans to expand into a variety of new market segments
that are in need of quality-engineered, robust aluminum cases.
Dominique Schinabeck, CEO DESAPRO stated: “It is our vision to become the leader in
specialized aluminum rack mounts, transit and equipment cases for all the relevant defense
programs worldwide, while working to the specifications of the Customers”.

Der Bereich Aluminium-Gehäuse der Firma EDAK wird per 1. September 2015 von der Firma
DESAPRO übernommen.
DESAPRO verfügt über langjährige Erfahrungen im Projektgeschäft in der Luft- und
Raumfahrtindustrie und kennt somit die Anforderungen der Kunden und Märkte.
