Created in 1995, the Boursorama Group has developed itself in Europe thanks to the rise of
e-commerce and the expansion of the online distribution of financial products.
Pioneer and leader in its three businesses: online banking, online brokerage and financial
information on the Internet, Boursorama Group, 55.5% subsidiary of Société Générale, is
listed, since March 2000, on NYSE Euronext Paris – compartment B.
In France, Boursorama is the online bank of reference with more than 505,000 customers, at
the end of 2013. Its portal, www.boursorama.com, is the leading financial and economic
online information website.
The Boursorama Group is also active in Germany, Spain and in the United Kingdom.
In 2013, Boursorama has established itself as the leader in online banking in France with a
growing current account openings of +49%. The unique relationship-based model proposed
by Boursorama, coupled with a clear customer promise, has enabled the bank to achieve a
record level of customer recommendation at 92%.
Leading financial and economic online information website in France with 27 million visits to
boursorama.com on average per month, the Internet portal boursorma.com is also the 13th most
consulted French site according to OJD in 2013.
After achieving in December 2013 the objective of 500,000 clients, the goal for 2014 is to
reach 600,000 customers in France. In order to do so, Boursorama will maintain its
investments to remain the leader in the online banking market, which has tremendous
growth potential in France.

In France, where Boursorama makes 79% of its Net Banking Income (NBI),
Boursorama is the leader of online financial information thanks to its
Internet portal www.boursorama.com, and a key player in online banking
and online brokerage with the brand Boursorama Banque.
In the United Kingdom, where Boursorama makes 8% of its NBI,
Boursorama is present over the online brokerage and online savings
markets under the brand Selftrade.
In Germany (8% of its NBI), Boursorama is present since 1997 in the online
brokerage market with OnVista Bank and since 2007 on the online financial
information with the Internet portal www.onvista.de.
in Spain (5% of its NBI), Boursorama is present in both the online brokerage
and in the online banking markets under the brand SelfBank trough a Joint
Venture with its shareholder La Caixa.

PIONEER AND LEADER IN ITS THREE BUSINESSES
The Boursorama Group focuses on three main activities: online banking (63% of NBI), online brokerage
(31% of NBI) and online financial information (6% of NBI).
Boursorama Banque : the cheapest bank, simple, available and secure
The acquisition of CaixaBank France, in 2006, enabled Boursorama to develop a complete and
performing range of banking products and services. Boursorama Banque is today the only online bank to
provide such a wide range of banking products and services: from credit card to housing loans, at
competitive rates, more than fifteen services are free of charge. This performance has enabled
Boursorama to be recognized as the “cheapest bank” by the magazine Le Monde Argent & Placements
in February 2014 (according to the "employee", "executive" and “senior executive” profiles defined by
Le Monde Argent & Placements).
Boursorama Banque belongs to a new generation of banks that meets expectations of those who wish to
benefit from the expertise in terms of financial security, reliability, quality and efficiency, while maximizing
availability (Internet website available 24/24, customer service available by phone from Monday to Friday
from 8 am until 10 pm and on Saturday from 8:45 am until 4:30 pm).
In 2013, Boursorama launched an online Personal Loan offering, a consumer credit offering towards its
clients in order to respond to their financing needs through a quick and innovative application process.
In July 2013, Boursorama Banque became the first 100% mobile responsive bank enabling access through
mobile devices to all banking products and services available on the website, including an enriched user
experience (optimized mobile browsing regardless of the device used, opening of accounts throughout
Smartphone or tablet, without sending paper form thanks to the online signature).
New features have also been introduced such as the possibility to activate the NFC contacless payment
technology for everyday purchases under €20 making life easier for Boursorama’s customers.
These enhancements have contributed to the continued development of the banking business also
driven by brand awareness, the success of housing loan and day-to-day banking and especially by the
increasing satisfaction of our customers.
At the end of the year 2013, Boursorama Banque had more than 505,000 customers and nearly 350,000
current accounts. Its offer is available on the website www.boursorama.com.

Online brokerage
Boursorama provides its customers with an access to major stock exchanges in France and abroad, and
enables private investors to manage their assets and savings products online by themselves, thanks to a
wide range of products and services.
Boursorama also provides its customers investment products such as tactical or intelligent orders
(market orders including one or more trigger conditions), the Deferred Settlement Service (the
settlement of transactions of purchase/sale achieved at the end of the trading month) and technical
tools such as ProRealTime ®, Day By Day Trading and a system of email/SMS alerts.
In 2013, Boursorama expanded its brokerage offering: two new issuers joined the "Direct Emetteurs"
alternative platform, which provides individual investors with direct access to warrants, turbos and
certificates of partner issuers with extended hours and at low rates. Order placement was optimized to
permit even more intuitive orders execution, particularly on mobile devices. Lastly, Boursorama
anticipated the launch of the PEA-PME by offering customers the opportunity to pre-open the account;
more than 5,000 PEA-PME were opened at the end of January 2014.
In 2013 Boursorama executed 5.6 million orders at the group level (+10% vs. 2012), including 3.0 million
in France.

Since summer 2013, visitors to the boursorama.com information portal have had access to the same
level of information regardless of the device used: computer, Smartphone, or tablet. Viewing is adapted
to the size of the device, thus they can find all of the site's content and features while benefiting from
better-spaced ergonomics and a more modern design.
The aggregation of new sources of information, the new version of the "Lifestyle" general-interest
section, and the launch of virtual exhibitions have made it possible to offer more content and services to
visitors.
In December 2013, more than 27 million visits to boursorama.com were identified per month, and more
than 270 million pages were viewed per month2, positioning boursorama.com as the leader of economic
and financial news sites in France. Across all sectors, boursorama.com is the 13th most consulted French
site.
With a technology platform that offers high performance and high availability, the site aggregates 72
content providers and 5,000 daily news, provides access to 60 stock exchanges, offers 3.7 million
financial instruments and make up to 50,000 updates per second.
