Petraglas ist ein Glasverarbeitungsbetrieb, der sich auf Produkte in der Solarindustrie spezialisiert hat.
Angesiedelt im Industriegebiet von St. Veit an der Glan (Klagenfurt), wurde das Unternehmen im Jahr 2007
gegründet und ist Teil von ILVA Glass, einem italienischem Unternehmen mit über 60 Jahren Erfahrung in der
Glasverarbeitung mit Betrieben in Österreich, Italien und China. Die Aktivitäten der Gruppe umfassen die
gesamte Versorgungskette beginnend mit der Rohglasproduktion bis hin zu fertigen Komponenten und
diversen Besonderheiten, wie eisenarmes Solarglas, Borosilikatglas und Glaskeramik.
Petraglas ist mit modernsten technischen Maschinen ausgestattet und verfügt über ein flexibles Produktionskonzept. Durch unsere große Erfahrung beliefern wir seit Jahren auch die großen Hersteller in diesem Bereich.
Unsere erfahrenen Mitarbeiter sind immer gerne bereit bei der Entwicklung neuer Lösungen für die
Leistungssteigerung als auch bei der Kostenoptimierung durch die Möglichkeit der Direktlieferung von unserer
Rohglasproduktionsstätte oder bei tiefergehenden Verarbeitungslösungen aus unseren europäischen Betrieben
zu unterstützen.
Petraglas ist komplett ausgestattet, um Gläser in allen diversen Formen (nicht nur quadratisch und rechteckig),
mit Löchern und bedruckter Oberflächen (je nach Kundenwunsch) zu liefern und stellt Beschichtungslösungen
für verschiedene Anforderungen und für alle möglichen Anwendungen in der Solarthermie und der Photovoltaikindustrie bereit.
Petraglas kann Glas verschiedener Glasproduzenten anbieten und gleichzeitig eine vollständige Kontrolle der
Qualität gewährleisten. In der Zusammenarbeit mit dem eigenen Labor in der Firmengruppe können die Zusammensetzung, als auch die solaren und mechanischen Eigenschaften je Lieferung ermittelt werden.
Petraglas is a glass manufacturer plant specialized in products for solar industry application.
Located in the industrial park of St.Veit an der Glan (Klagenfurt) the production plant has been established in
2007 and it is part of ILVA Glass, an Italian company with more than 60 years of experience in glass production
with plants in Austria, Italy and China . The group activity cover all the supply chain from raw glass production
to finished product components and various glass specialties like solar glass, borosilicate and glass ceramic.
Petraglas plant is well equipped with state of art machineries and flexible production concept with a good
experience accumulated in the last years serving major players in the field. Our experienced staff will be
glad to support the development of new solutions, for increasing performance and costs optimization with
the possibilities of direct deliveries from our raw glass production plants as well as more in depth processing
solution from our European plants.
Petraglas is fully equipped to supply glasses of every shape (not only squared/rectangular), holes, printed
surfaces (fully customizable) and to provide coating solutions for different purposes for all possible application
of solar water collectors and photovoltaic industry .
Petraglas can serve glass of different glass producers but in the meantime can assure a full control of quality
with the support of group laboratories able to detect from composition to all other mechanical and solar
performances for every deliveries.
Petraglas è un impianto di lavorazione del vetro specializzato in prodotti per l’industria delle applicazioni solari.
Situato nel parco industriale di St. Veit an der Glan (Klagenfurt), lo stabilimento di produzione è stato realizzato
nel 2007 fa di Ilva glass group, un’azienda italiana con piu’ di 60 anni di esperienza nel campo del vetro
con stabilimenti produttivi in Austria, Italia e Cina. L’attività del gruppo comprende tutta la filiera, dalla
produzione della materia prima fino al prodotto finito e diverse tipologie di vetro speciali, come vetro solare,
vetro borosilicato e vetro ceramico.
Il nostro stabilimento è completamente attrezzato con macchinari all’avanguardia ed è basato su un concetto
produttivo di estrema flessibilità sviluppato con successo nel corso degli anni servendo alcune delle maggiori
aziende in questo campo. Il nostro personale esperto è disponibile per supportarvi nello sviluppo di nuove
soluzioni atte all’incremento delle prestazioni ed all’ottimizzazione dei costi. Offriamo la possibilità di consegne
dirette dal nostro stabilimento produttivo di materia prima, nonché di soluzioni di trasformazioni piu’ complesse
nei nostri stabilimenti europei.
Petraglas è perfettamente attrezzata per offrire vetri con qualsiasi forma (non solo quadrate/rettangolari),
con fori, con serigrafia (totalmente personalizzabile) e fornisce soluzioni di A/R coating per tutte le possibili
esigenze nel campo dell’industria del solare termico e del fotovoltaico.
Petraglas può offrirvi vetro di diversi produttori a livello europeo ma allo stesso tempo può assicurare un
completo controllo della qualità di ogni consegna grazie al supporto dei laboratori del gruppo in grado di
analizzare dalla composizione del vetro a tutte le altre prestazioni meccaniche e solari.

KANTENBEARBEITUNG | GRINDING |
LAVORAZIONE DEL BORDO
Möglichkeit zur Glaskantenbearbeitung von
einfach gesäumt bis hin zur halbpolierten Ausführung ist möglich. Zusätzlich besteht die
Möglichkeit bei der Kantenbearbeitung jede
Art von Sonderform mit einer Toleranz von bis
zu +/- 0,2 mm auszuführen.

Possibility of working any type of shape with
a tolerance of +/- 0,2 mm.
Lavorazione del bordo: possibilità di lavorare il
bordo del vetro dal semplice bordo grezzo ad un
bordo semi-lucido. Possibilità di lavorare ogni tipo
di sagoma con tolleranze fino a +/- 0,2 mm.

SIEBDRUCK | SCREEN PRINTING |
SERIGRAFIA
Sowohl auf Floatglas als auch auf Strukturglas ausführbar. Komplett nach Kundenanforderung in Bezug
auf Farbe (Referenz RAL) und in Bezug auf Form
(Zeichnung des Kunden) ausführbar. Mit Hilfe des
Lasers besteht die Möglichkeit ein Kundenlogo oder
eine Seriennummer in den Siebdruck zu gravieren.
Applicable on float as on pattern glass. Fully
customizable regarding to the color (reference RAL)
and the drawing (on customer drawing). Possibility
to engrave the customer logos or serial keys with
laser on the printed surface.
Realizzabile sia su vetro float, sia su vetro stampato.
Completamente personalizzabile per quanto
riguarda il colore (riferimento RAL) e per quanto
riguarda il disegno (su disegno cliente). Possibilità
di incidere sulla serigrafia loghi cliente o codici seriali

Kontinuierliche thermische Härtlinie für Glasstärken von 2,5 mm bis zu 10 mm gemäß der
internationalen Norm EN 12150. Eine Markierung
durch Laser (Logo/Seriennummern/Sonstiges)
ist je nach Kundenwunsch möglich.
Continous tempering line. Hardenable thickness
from 2,5 mm up to 10 mm in accordance with
international standards (ex. EN 12150).

Linea di tempera continua. Spessori temperabili
dal 2,5 mm fino al 10 mm in conformità alle norme

VERPACKUNG | PACKING | IMBALLO
Es besteht die Möglichkeit jegliche Art von
Verpackung ob Holzpalette, Eisengestell oder
Kisten zu realisieren. Als Trennmaterial
zwischen den Gläsern kann zwischen Papier,
Kunststoffschnüre oder Pulver gewählt werden.
Possibility to realize every kind of packing:
wooden pallets, iron racks, wooden crates.
As a separator between glass you can choose
among paper, plastic strings or lucite powder.
Possibilità di realizzare ogni tipo di imballo; pedane
in legno, bancali in ferro, casse. Come separatore
tra vetro e vetro e possibile scegliere tra carta,
fili di plastica o polvere.
