INSIGHT WOOD, MINERAL AND URBAN are a synthetic, decorative, flexible, antistatic abrasion Group
T floorcoverings available in tile or plank form, with bevelled edges. They comprise a transparent wear
layer 0.55 mm thick, a design film and a compact underlayer. They are compressed and grained at high
pressure. They benefit from a polyurethane surface treatment (PUR+), making maintenance easier and
eliminating the need for initial polishes. Their overall thickness is 2.5 mm.
Le revêtement de sol sélectionné est un revêtement synthétique, décoratif, flexible, non chargé Groupe T
d’abrasion, disponible en lame et en dalle à bords chanfreinés de type INSIGHT WOOD, INSIGHT MINERAL
et INSIGHT URBAN. Il est constitué d’une couche de surface transparente de 0,55 mm d’épaisseur, d’un
film décor et d’une sous-couche compacte. L’ensemble est pressé, grainé sous haute pression. INSIGHT
fait l’objet d’une demande de certification NF UPEC (classement visé U3 P3 E2 C2 - n° d’enregistrement
13-4010). Il sera composé de 43 % de matières minérales, de 23 % de matières inépuisables. Il sera
exempt de métaux lourds et de CMR 1 & 2. Les émissions dans l’air de TVOC à 28 jours (NF EN 16000) du
revêtement sélectionné sont < 100 μg / m³. Son épaisseur totale est de 2.5 mm. Ce revêtement bénéficie
d’un traitement de surface polyuréthane PUR+ facilitant l’entretien et évitant l’application d’une émulsion
acrylique lors de la mise en service.
INSIGHT WOOD, MINERAL UND URBAN sind hochwertige elastische Design-Bodenbeläge, die
unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten der Raumgestaltung bieten. Moderne und klassische Holz- und Stein-Dessins
in unterschiedlichen Planken-Breiten und Fliesen-Größen gehören zum umfangreichen Produktspektrum,
das über eine sehr naturidentische Optik und Haptik verfügt. Für ein besonders realistisches Ambiente
sind die Kanten der Insight-Planken und –Fliesen gefast. INSIGHT ist sehr widerstandsfähig und
unempfindlich gegenüber Feuchtigkeit oder Stößen; die PUR+-Oberflächenvergütung erleichtert die
Reinigung und Pflege.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
A bonding primer compatible with the preparation product (sealant) must be applied on the subfloor. Tackifier
emulsion adhesive must be applied in a single coat using a finely notched spreader (150 gr/m²). Installation
at 90° as mentioned on the packages.The tiles must be removed from their box at least 24 hours before laying and
stored in the room.
Minimum ambient temperature: 10°C, maximum: 30°C. Minimum subfloor temperature: 10°C, maximum: 22°C.
The flooring contractor is responsible for laying the flooring. This laying must be carried out according to best practice.
Installation advice is available from our technical department.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance should be carried out regularly to retain the appearance and durability of the floor. The floor covering should
be maintained with regular sweeping and damp mopping using a neutral cleanser, or machine scrubbing with an appropriate pad. Further maintenance instructions are available upon request.
Not suitable for rubber furniture or chair legs - may leave permanent marks.

La pose des revêtements de sol est de la responsabilité de l’entreprise de pose. Cette pose doit se faire conformément
aux règles de l’art. Des conseils d’installation sont disponibles auprès de notre service technique.
ENTRETIEN
Les revêtements de sol Gerflor nécessitent un entretien régulier et adapté au trafic auquel ils sont soumis.
Merci de consulter nos notices d’entretien.
Proscrire tout élément ou partie d’élément en caoutchouc susceptible d’être en contact direct avec nos revêtements (embouts de chaise, mobiliers) et utiliser exclusivement des embouts en PVC ou Polyéthylène.

regelmäßige Reinigungs- und Pflegemaßnahmen unerlässlich. Bitte beachten Sie hierzu unsere entsprechenden
Reinigungs- und Pflegeanleitungen.
Bestimmte Gummiarten (z. B. Stuhl- und Möbelfüße) hinterlassen bei längerer Einwirkung Verfärbungen auf
elastischen Bodenbelägen, die nicht mehr zu entfernen sind (Ursache: verfärbende Alterungsschutzmittel im
Gummi). Dies kann vermieden werden, wenn ausschließlich Füße aus nicht verfärbenden Gummiqualitäten, PVC
oder Polyethylen verwendet werden.
