' ' - Order Management and Transport Coordination Mann+Hummel Shanghai 1. Shipping Schedules You will receive the shipping schedules from PBS Logistics GmbH. We are responsible for order expediting and coordinating of all your shipments to Mann+Hummel Shanghai and will forward their requirements to you. Both due dates (at MH China plant) and ship dates (ex your plant) will be mentioned in the shipping schedule. Please note that you have to ship the due quantities according to the SHIP DATE mentioned. 2. Order Confirmation The Supplier is requested to confirm release adherence on the internet based e-Xpedite system (www.pbs-logistics.de) within ten (10) days of receipt, otherwise according to general Terms and Conditions of Mann + Hummel Purchasing entitled orders will be consider as accepted. Confirmation should include the ex-works date and quantities. 3. Paperwork Please refer to Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Purchasing Agreement. Please note: a) Original documents (such as invoices, delivery note, etc) have to be passed on to the forwarder. 1) Seafreight Shipments: all paperwork MUST be sent to Schenker Munich ( Address - Please see below) 2) Airfreight Shipments: all paperwork must be handed over with the goods b) PBS must get copies of all paperwork in advance via E-Mail / Fax. Dispatch Shipments to M+H Shanghai are in general requested to be sea freight. Shipping instructions (sea/air freight) are normally indicated in the delivery schedules. Parts must be packed air/sea worthy. Air freight or courier shipments can only take place upon written approval of PBS. The Supplier is to ship 100% of M+H Shanghai requirements for each part number. All material that is due will be coordinated into one shipment per week. Any product not sent on the scheduled day of the week will be shipped at your expense. Any overshipped product will be sent back at your expense. Partial shipments can only be effected upon request from PBS or M+H Shanghai. Expediting We ask all suppliers for highest reliability concerning ship dates in order to avoid time and cost consuming partial shipments or airfreight. Should you not be able meet the confirmed ship date, PBS must be notified immediately.
