kaltes Wasser, Strom, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, SAT-TV, tw. Mikrowelle, Parkplätze,
Heizung, Benutzung der Bettwäsche, Küchen- u. Handtücher.
The price includes: Rent for a full equipped lodging (kitchen, dishes) warm a. cold water, electricity,
fridge, coffee machine, satellite TV, microwave, parking, heating, bedding, kitchen towels a.
towels.
I prezzi comprendondo: affitto appartamente completamente arredato (cucina, attrezzata), acqua
calda e fredda, luce, frigo, macchina del caffè, microonde, TV-SAT, cassaforte, parcheggio,
riscaldamente, biancheria da letto e cucina-bagno.
Zahlungs- und Stornobedingungen
Anreise ab 15.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr, Abreise bis 10.00 Uhr oder nach Vereinbarung.
Alle Preise gelten für eine Belegung mit zwei Personen. (App. Dreitorspitze mit 6 Personen). Jede
weitere Person bezahlt pro Nacht € 12,00. Kinder bis 6 Jahre wohnen bei uns kostenlos. Für jede
Person ab 15 Jahre ist die Kurtaxe zu entrichten. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaus. Für Ihren
„vierbeinigen Freund" (ein Tier pro Appartement) berechnen wir € 5,00 pro Nacht (ohne Futter).
Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass Kurzaufenthalte viel Arbeit (Wäsche) verursachen. Deshalb
verrechnen wir bei einem Aufenthalt von bis zu 4 Nächten einen Aufpreis von € 10,00 pro Nacht. Die
Endreinigung der Appartements Geisterklamm u. Rossbrandbach kosten jeweils € 45,00, für das
Appartement Dreitorspitze € 65,00.
Im Übrigen gelten die „Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen in der Fassung von 2006".

6 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt 50%
4 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt 75%
2 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt 100%
Jeweils vom Komplettpreis der Buchung.
Im Falle einer Fixreservierung bitten wir um die übliche Anzahlung (siehe Österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen) von € 200,00 pro gebuchter Ferienwohnung, innerhalb von 30 Tagen durch
Überweisung auf unser Geschäftskonto. Die Restzahlung muss bis zwei Wochen vor Ankunft
überwiesen sein.
Eine Kaution in Höhe von € 200,00 ist zusammen mit der Restzahlung fällig. Die Kaution wird nach
ihrem Aufenthalt/Übergabe der Wohnung sofort an unsere Gäste zurück überwiesen.

Conditions of Payment and Cancellation
Check in from 3.00 pm till 8.00 pm. Check out until 10.00 am or by agreement.
All prices are valid for an occupancy of two people. (App. Dreitorspitze of 6 people). Each additional
person costs € 12.00 per night. Children under 6 years stay free of charge. For each person older
than 15 years, touristtax is to be payed. We are a non smoking house. For your "furry friend" (one pet
per apartment) we calculate € 5.00 per night (without food).
Please understand that short breaks caused much work (laundry). Therefore we charge for a stay up
to 4 nights a surcharge of € 10.00 per night. The final cleaning of the apartments Geisterklamm and
Rossbrandbach costs € 45.00, for the apartment Dreitorspitze € 65.00.
The "Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions in the version of 2006." are valid
Cancellation conditions:
6 weeks before arrival 50%
4 weeks before arrival 75%
2 weeks prior to arrival 100%
of the total price of the reservation.
In case of a confirmation, please transfer the usual payment (see Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions)
of 200,00 € per apartment, within 30 days to our business account. The balance must be paid two
weeks before arrival.
A deposit of € 200.00 per apartment is to be paid together with the remaining amount. Immediately
after your stay we will transfer back the deposit to your account.
Pagamento: € 200,- cautione, € 200,- acconto, pagamento finale fino a una settimana prima
dell'arrivo
