Vous pouvez bénéficier à partir du 1er septembre 2014 d’une chambre en cité universitaire du CROUS à
Amiens. La chambre est réservée à partir du 1er septembre et le loyer sera à régler à partir de cette date

Pour les étudiants ne venant qu’un semestre, les périodes de réservation de la chambre au CROUS sont les

AMIENS CEDEX 1, et au plus tard le 15 JUIN 2014 pour un hébergement au 1er semestre ou le 15
NOVEMBRE 2014 pour hébergement au 2ème semestre.

Le dépôt de garantie est une somme qui doit être versée et qui vaut réservation de la chambre. Cette somme
sera rendue à l’étudiant dans un délai maximum de 2 mois après son départ (après déduction des éventuels
impayés).
Son montant correspond à 1 mois de loyer. La chambre ne sera réservée que lorsque le dépôt de garantie
sera reçu au CROUS.
Vous devez effectuer un virement du dépôt de garantie sur le compte de l’Agent Comptable du CROUS : (le
libellé du virement doit impérativement préciser le nom et le prénom de l’étudiant)

Vous devez déterminer le montant à virer en fonction de votre vœu d’affectation et de la période
d’occupation prévue.

Exception : les étudiants du programme ISEP et les étudiants restant moins d’une semaine n’ont pas de
dépôt de garantie à fournir.
The deposit is an amount that must be paid and that means the room is booked. This amount will be refunded to
the student within two months at the most after his/her departure (after deduction of possible unpaid debts).
Its amount corresponds to a one-month rent. The room shall be booked only when the deposit is received at
the CROUS.

You must fix the amount to be transfered according to your wish of allotment and your period expected
occupancy.

JOINT SURETY BOND:
Toute personne qui loue un logement doit trouver une personne qui se porte caution pour les éventuels loyers
impayés.
L’engagement d’une caution personnelle et solidaire, établi par une personne physique, solvable,
domiciliée en France ou dans un pays de l’Union Européenne est strictement obligatoire.
Tous les documents doivent obligatoirement être traduits en français par un traducteur assermenté.
Exception : les étudiants non issus de l’Union européenne, les étudiants du programme ISEP et les
étudiants restant moins d’une semaine n’ont pas d’acte de caution solidaire à remplir.
Any person who rents a flat must find an individual who stands surety for any possible unpaid rents.
The commitment of a joint and several surety, drawn up by a legal, solvent individual, residing in France
or in a European Union country is strictly compulsory.
All documents must strictly be translated into French by a sworn translator.
Exception : Students outside the European Union, students of the ISEP programme and students who
stay less that one week do not have to fill out the joint surety bond:

CANCELLATION :
Tout désistement de chambre doit avoir lieu au plus tard un mois avant la date d’arrivée prévue (au-delà, il
ne pourra pas y avoir de remboursement du dépôt de garantie).
Si vous souhaitez vous désister, vous devrez envoyer la déclaration de désistement par mail à [email protected] et à [email protected].
Le virement du dépôt de garantie sur votre compte se fera dans un délai maximum de 2 mois, déduction faite
des frais de virement (qui s’élèvent à environ 15 euros).
Any room cancellation must take place at the latest one month before the expected date of arrival (beyond
that, no refund of the deposit shall be made).
If you wish to cancel, you must send the cancellation statement by e-mail to [email protected] and to
[email protected].
The transfer of the deposit on your account shall be made within two months at the most, after deduction of
transfer fee (up to approx. €15).

Tout départ en cours d’année doit faire l’objet d’un préavis d’un mois déposé au secrétariat de la résidence.
L’étudiant soit aussi prévenir la Direction des affaires internationales de l’université.
Any departure during the year must be a one-month notice filed with the secretariat of the residence.
The student is also preventing the International Affairs Directorate of the University.

ALLOTMENT :
Vous recevrez votre avis d’affectation en résidence par mail envoyé par l’UPJV.
En cas de modification de la date d’arrivée prévue indiquée en page 1 de ce dossier, vous devez
impérativement envoyer un mail à [email protected]; en cas de non présentation à la résidence
à la date d’arrivée prévue, et dans le cas où vous n’auriez pas prévenu de votre retard, la chambre ne sera plus
réservée.
You will receive you allotment notice in residence by e-mail sent by the UPJV.
In the event of change of your expected date of arrival specified on page 1 of this file, you must strictly
send an e-mail to [email protected]; in the event of non appearance at the residence on the
expected date of arrival, and in the event you have not informed of your delay, the room shall no longer be
booked.
ARRIVEE :
ARRIVAL:
Vous devrez vous rendre dès votre arrivée à Amiens directement à la résidence indiquée sur l’avis
d’affectation : du lundi au jeudi de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 16h ou le vendredi de 9h à 12h. ( pas d’arrivée le
week-end ou les jours fériés)
Vous devrez verser le jour de votre arrivée le montant du loyer dû à compter de la date de réservation du
logement par le CROUS et faire votre état des lieux d’entrée.
Vous devrez fournir dans les 8 jours une attestation d’assurance pour le logement garantissant la
responsabilité civile et les risques locatifs mentionnant le nom de l’étudiant, l’adresse de la résidence et la
période prévue d’occupation du logement.
Dès votre inscription à l’UPJV, vous devrez fournir à la résidence votre certificat d’inscription 2014/2015.
You must go directly, upon your arrival in Amiens, to the residence specified on the allotment notice: from
Monday to Thursday, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 4 p.m or Friday from 9.00 a.m.
to 12.00 p.m. (no arrival the weekend or national holidays)
You must pay, on the day of your arrival, the amount of the rent due from the date of the booking of the
housing by the CROUS and make your entrance inventory.
You must provide within eight days, an insurance certificate for the flat covering the civil liability and rental
risks stating the student's name, address of residence and the anticipated period of occupancy.
Upon your enrolment at the UPJV, you must provide to the residence a certificate of enrolment for the year
2014/2015.

Des restaurants universitaires sont situés près des facultés ; le prix du ticket est de 3.15 € (tarif étudiant
au 01/08/2013).

Le CROUS s’engage à prévenir la caution en cas de dettes de l’étudiant supérieures ou égales à 3 mensualités (loyer ou redevance).
The CROUS undertakes to advise the guarantor in case of debts of the student greater or equal to 3 monthly instalments (rent or
charge).
Période sur laquelle porte l’engagement : soit jusqu’au 30 juin 2015, ou jusqu’au 31 août 2015, si l’étudiant venait à demander et
obtenir un hébergement de vacances.
Pendant cette période l’engagement de caution reste valable tant que le CROUS n’aura pas, le cas échéant, réglementairement
accepté une nouvelle caution solidaire, reconnue solvable par lui.
Period concerned by the commitment: either until 30 June 2015, or until 31 August 2015, should the student were to request and
obtain a holiday accommodation.
During this period, the guarantor commitment remains valid as long as the CROUS has not, if need be, in accordance with the
regulations, accepted another joint surety, recognized as solvent by it.
Nature des créances couvertes :
Toutes les créances du CROUS d’AMIENS-PICARDIE à l’égard de cet ou de ces étudiants, ayant pour origine, pour quelque cause
que ce soit, son séjour dans ce logement, en particulier les créances résultant des redevances impayées, ou des frais occasionnés par la
remise en état après dégradation des locaux occupés. En cas d'impossibilité de recouvrement amiable des sommes dues, dans le cadre
d'un recouvrement contentieux par un huissier de Justice, l'ensemble des frais et honoraires de procédure resteront, aux termes de la
loi, à la pleine et entière charge du débiteur.
Nature of the debts covered:
All debts of the CROUS of AMIENS PICARDIE concerning this or these students, arising, for any reason whatsoever, from his/her
stay in this accommodation, in particular the debts resulting from unpaid rental charges, or from costs incurred by the repair after
damage of the occupied premises. In case of impossibility of amicable collection of the outstanding sums, within the scope of a
contentious collection by a Bailiff, all of the proceedings costs and fees shall be paid, by virtue of the law, by the debtor.

The liability of the person putting up bond remains engaged for any outstanding sum, without limitation of time.

Je me porte caution solidaire, sans bénéfice de discussion et de division, pour la durée de l’admission de M (Nom et

Mon engagement est limité à hauteur de 12 mensualités (loyer ou redevance), le tarif étant déterminé selon le type de
logement occupé, augmentées, le cas échéant, des dégradations et réparations locatives, et des éventuels frais de procédure.
Je prends note que les tarifs sont disponibles sur le site du CROUS d’Amiens(*) et communiqués sur simple demande
auprès de la résidence d’affectation.
Ces obligations sont conformes au règlement intérieur dont je m’engage à prendre connaissance.(disponible sur www.crousamiens.fr).
Je confirme avoir pleinement enregistré la nature et l’étendue de mes obligations.
