Remise des clés à partir de 17 heures. Si vous arrivez après 18
heures (19 heures le samedi), merci de nous en informer. nous
déclinons toute responsabilité pour les arrivées en dehors de nos
horaires d’ouverture du bureau. Les départs doivent avoir lieu
obligatoirement avant 10 heures.

notre bureau d’accueil est situé au Centre Commercial PoRT
SoLEiL.
l CARTE MAGnéTiquE
vous devez acheter une carte magnétique au bureau des entrées
pour accéder au quartier naturiste.
l CoMMEnT RéGLER voTRE SéJouR
veuillez nous retourner le bulletin de réservation ci-joint, daté,
signé et accompagné d’un acompte de 30 % du montant total de la
location. Le solde devra être réglé 30 jours avant votre arrivée,
sinon votre réservation sera considérée comme annulée de votre
fait. L’acompte restera acquis à notre société qui disposera du
logement.
l AnnuLATion
30 jours ou plus avant la date d’arrivée prévue : perte de l’acompte
- 29 à 0 jours avant la date d’arrivée prévue : 100% du montant
total. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour tout séjour
écourté du fait du locataire.
l ASSuRAnCE AnnuLATion / RESPonSABiLiTé CiviLE
vous pouvez souscrire par notre intermédiaire une assurance
annulation / responsabilité civile. Le logement que vous occuperez
est couvert par une assurance habitation. Toutefois, nous vous
conseillons de vous renseigner auprès de votre assureur afin de
savoir si votre contrat responsabilité civile rattachée à votre
domicile principal couvre le risque villégiature et qu’il couvrira
tout sinistre, vol ou autre vis à vis de vos affaires personnelles que
vous seriez amenés à apporter avec vous pendant vos vacances.
l CAuTion
une caution de 300 € pour un logement standard ou 500 € pour
« + », « ++ » et Lifestyle (par carte bancaire) sera consignée lors
de la remise des clés. La caution est versée pour répondre des dégâts qui pourraient être causés dans le logement. Le locataire devra
signaler sous 24h toute anomalie ou toute différence d’inventaire.
Pour les parkings avec télécommande nous vous demandons une
caution de 80 €. La caution sera annulée dans la semaine après le
départ du locataire si aucun dommage n’a été remarqué.
l nETToyAGE DES APPARTEMEnTS
Le ménage est effectué par les services de l'Agence et est donc
obligatoirement facturé. Cependant, la vaisselle doit être laissée
propre et rangée et les poubelles vidées. A défaut, une somme forfaitaire supplémentaire sera retenue de votre caution en fonction
du temps passé dans le logement. Si vous jugez l'état de propreté
de votre appartement insuffisant, vous devez le signaler le jour
même de l'arrivée afin que nous puissions faire le nécessaire pour
vous satisfaire. Passé ce délai, aucune réclamation ne saurait être
prise en considération.
l TéLéviSion ET inTERnET
Si le logement est équipé d’une télévision ou d'internet, le locataire
pourra l’utiliser sans supplément. Cependant, nous ne pouvons
donner aucune garantie sur l’état de marche et la qualité de ces
services. Ceci est valable également pour les lecteurs DvD,
chaînes stéréo, WiFi, etc…
l PARKinG
Dans la mesure du possible, un parking sera mis gracieusement à
la disposition du locataire. il s’agit d’un service gratuit, le locataire
ne pourra donc pas exiger la mise à disposition d’un parking.

ils sont interdits sur la plage, dans certains logements et dans la

wir jedoch keine verantwortung übernehmen. Abreisen müssen
vor 10.00 uhr stattfinden.

Zugang zum FKK-Gelände ist nur möglich mit einer Magnetkarte,
welche im Eingangsbüro verkauft wird.

Bitte senden Sie uns das Anmeldeformular, datiert und
unterschrieben, mit einer Anzahlung von 30 % des
Gesamtbetrages. Der Restbetrag muss 30 Tage vor ihrer Anreise
beglichen werden, sonst wird ihre Buchung storniert und die
Anzahlung verfällt.

Wir können ihnen eine Rücktrittskostenversicherung anbieten.
Die von ihnen benützte Wohnung ist durch eine
Wohnraumversicherung gedeckt. Trotzdem empfehlen wir ihnen,
sich zu informieren, ob ihre Haftpflichtversicherung zu Hause
auch jeglichen Schaden und Diebstahl von ihren persönlichen
Gegenständen während ihres urlaubes deckt.
l KAuTion
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 € für Standard oder 500 € für „+“,
„++“ und Lifestyle Wohnungen (per Kreditkarte) ist bei der
Schlüsselübergabe zu hinterlegen. Der Mieter ist angehalten, das
inventar zu kontrollieren und evtl. Mängel oder Schäden innerhalb

von 24 Stunden nach Ankunft in unserem Büro zu melden. Für
Parkplätze, für welche eine Fernbedienung benötigt wird, muss
eine weitere Kaution in Höhe von 80 € hinterlegt werden. Der
Kautionsbetrag wird in der Woche nach der Abreise freigegeben,
wenn die Wohnung sauber und ohne Schäden verlassen wurde.
l WoHnunGSREiniGunG
Sollte die Sauberkeit ihrer Wohnung nicht ihren vorstellungen
entsprechen müssen Sie uns dies am Tage ihrer Ankunft melden,
damit wir alles unternehmen können, um Sie zufriedenzustellen.
Spätere Reklamationen können nicht akzeptiert werden. Für die
Endreinigung wird eine obligatorische Pauschale berechnet. Diese
beinhaltet jedoch weder Abwaschen und Wegräumen noch die
Entsorgung von allem Müll; wenn nötig wird für die dafür
gebrauchte Extrazeit ein weiterer Betrag von der Kaution
einbehalten.
l FERnSEHER unD inTERnET
Sofern die Wohnung mit einem Fernseher oder WLAn Anschluss
ausgestattet ist kann dies von den Mietern kostenlos benutzt
werden. Für die Funktion und die Empfangsqualität können wir
jedoch keine Garantie übernehmen. Gleiches gilt für
Stereoanlagen, DvD Player, WLAn, usw.
l PARKPLATZ
Ein Parkplatz, soweit vorhanden, wird dem Mieter kostenlos zur
verfügung gestellt. Dies ist jedoch nur eine Serviceleistung, einen
Anspruch auf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz hat der Mieter nicht.
l HAuSTiERE
Diese sind verboten am Strand, in bestimmten unterkünften und
in allen Wohnungen der Kategorie “Lifestyle”.

Keys will be available from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival. if
arriving after 6 p.m. (7 p.m. on Saturdays), please advise us in
advance. However, we do not accept any responsibility for arrivals
outside our normal office hours. Departures must be before 10 a.m.
l CAnCELLATion inSuRAnCE / LiABiLiTy inSuRAnCE
We can arrange cancellation insurance.
The insurance for the accommodation you will occupy does not
cover personal items or public liability. However, your home
insurance may give appropriate protection, please check with your
insurer.
l DEPoSiT
A deposit of €300 for standard or €500 for “+”, “++” and
Lifestyle accommodation (by credit card) will be required in
exchange for your keys. For parking spaces with access by remote
control, an additional deposit of €80 is required. Deposit blocks
will be released during the week after your departure if the
accommodation has been left with no damage or breakages.
l CLEAninG
Should you find the cleanliness of the accommodation
unacceptable you must advise us of this on the day of your arrival
so that we can do all the necessary to satisfy you. Any later
complaints cannot be accepted. There is an obligatory charge for
change-over cleaning. However, this does not include any
washing-up and putting away nor clearing any rubbish; an
additional charge will be deducted from your deposit in this respect
depending on the extra time that may have to be spent for this in
the accommodation.
l TELEviSion AnD inTERnET
you may use free of charge any television set or WiFi connection
that may be in your accommodation. However, we cannot be held
responsible for the working of such services. The same applies to
stereo sets, DvD players, etc.
l PARKinG
if available, you will be offered a reserved parking space free of
charge. However, you have no automatic right to such a
complimentary service.
l AniMALS
They are not allowed on the beach, in certain apartments and in
any Category “Lifestyle” accommodation.
