La Confédération Européenne du Lin et du
Chanvre (CELC) est l’unique organisation européenne agro-industrielle regroupant et fédérant
tous les stades de production et de transformation du lin & du chanvre. Elle est l’interlocutrice

européens, maîtrisant ainsi la fibre, de la plante au
