This is a “must attend” event for construction law practitioners presented in a world class resort set in
the beauty and natural splendour of the Coast Mountains, adjacent to Garibaldi Provincial Park. The

Jurisdictions, such as the bidding process, arbitration, Occupational Health and Safety Act and related
