tetrad was founded over 40 years ago in the Lancashire town of
Preston, England. Famed for originating the shabby chic look of
washed upholstery, tetrad continues to maintain its enviable reputation for developing innovative pieces that offer timeless elegance
and supreme comfort.

La société Tetrad, fondée il y a plus de 40 ans au Nord
Ouest de l’Angleterre à Preston dans le Lancashire,

Die Firma Tetrad plc wurde vor fast 40 Jahre in Preston,
Lancashire, England gegründet. Tetrad entwickelte sich
von einem kleinen Handwerksbetrieb zu einem leistungsstarken und modernen Produktionsgelände mit 800
Angestellten weltweit. Bekannt für die Produktion von
hochwertigen Polstermöbeln, hat sich Tetrad einen
Namen durch die Erfindung des Konzeptes “Shabby
Chic” (die mit in der Waschmaschine waschbaren losen
Hüssen bezogenes Sofas) gemacht. Der typische und
bekannte Tetrad-image von zeitlos elegantem Komfort,
wird fortgeführt und gepflegt.
