Pour votre sécurité un bracelet par personne sera fixé à votre poignet à votre arrivée pour la durée de votre séjour. Celui-ci sera visible
à la piscine et dans le camping afin de dépister toute personne étrangère au camping qui pourrait apporter des perturbations. Espace
aquatique privé donc réservé aux usagers du camping - maillot de bain est obligatoire (caleçons interdits). Les inventaires ne pourront
être effectués que pendant les heures d'ouverture de la réception et sur rendez-vous.
For your safety, a bracelet will be issued to every guest upon arrival and must be worn at all times during your stay. Its purpose is to distinguish
authorised guests from trespassers who might cause disturbances, and must therefore remain visible at the pool and elsewhere on the campsite.
The private water park is reserved for campsite guests only – bathing costumes must be worn (boxer shorts are not allowed). Inventories will only
be carried out by prior arrangement during reception opening hours.

Le Camping vous donne la possibilité de paiement échelonné avant l'arrivée. Chaque versement suivant convenance fera l’objet d’un reçu.
Guests may pay in instalments before arrival at the rate set by the campsite. A receipt will be issued for each instalment.

CONDITIONS GENERALES DE LOCATION
LOCATION :7 jours minimum arrivées et départ tous les jours. La location est disponible à partir de 15 h et doit être occupée avant 19h00,
départ avant 10h00.
Caution de 300 ? + 80 ? (caution nettoyage uniquement en espèce) restituée au départ après état des lieux n'indiquant aucune détérioration des lieux et installations du camping. Cet état des lieux se fera uniquement pendant les heures d'ouvertures de la réception, le nettoyage
du locatif étant à votre charge ou la somme de 80 ? sera retenue.
EMPLACEMENT LIBRE : 7 nuits minimum arrivée et départ tous les jours en fonction des disponibilités. Arrivée 15 h jusqu'à 19 h, départ
avant 10 h. Prévoir un adaptateur prise européenne.
Caution de 100 euros restituée à votre départ. L'emplacement doit etre remis en l'état initial à la fin du séjour.
Attention: Aucune arrivée ni départ ne pourront s'effectuer en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la réception
En cas de retard, avertir la Direction, l'emplacement camping ou la location restant disponible pendant 24 heures sans réduction du prix du
séjour. Passé ce délai, la Direction pourra disposer de l'emplacement ou de la location, les sommes versées au préalable restant acquises au
camping. Tout contrevenant à ces règles n'entraînera en aucun cas d'indemnité de la part de la Direction.
RESERVATION
Toute réservation est nominative et ne peut, en aucun cas, être cédée ou sous-louée.
Les personnes qui occuperont l'emplacement ne peuvent, en aucun cas, etre remplacées par des tiers. Les personnes mineures doivent
obligatoirement être accompagnés (d'un) de leurs parents. Le non respect de ces clauses entrainera l'annulation du contrat et la perte de
l'acompte versé lors de la réservation.
POUR RESERVER : La réservation est effective après notre accord, réception du contrat et encaissement de l'acompte. Pour un emplacement, l'acompte est de 364 euros plus 36 euros de frais de dossier. Pour une location , si le montant est inférieur à 1700 euros, l'acompte est
de 500 euros, si le montant est supérieur à 1700 euros, l'acompte est de 30%.
Dès réception de cet acompte nous vous enverrons une confirmation de votre réservation.
Le solde du séjour est à régler à votre arrivée sauf si règlement par chèques vacances ANCV et/ou chèque bancaire obligatoire un mois
avant votre arrivée.
Aucun remboursement ne sera consenti pour une arrivée retardée ou un départ anticipé.
Toute modification du contrat peut faire l'objet d'une annulation
NB : Les préférences formulées lors de la réservation seront satisfaites dans la mesure des disponibilités, sans engager la responsabilité de
l'établissement
ANNULATION :
Dans tous les cas, l'annulation devra se faire par lettre recommandée à faire parvenir au Camping les Mimosas.
Pour un éventuel remboursement des sommes versées : 2 possibilités
1- Au moment de votre réservation, vous avez souscrit à l'assurance annulation de la Fédération Française de Camping Caravaning 78 rue de Rivoli 75004 Paris, vous vous rapprochez de la F.F.C.C.
2-Vous n'avez pas adhéré à l'assurance annulation, vous perdez LA SOMME VERSEE.
ASSURANCE : Tout locataire et campeur doit être assuré. La Direction dégage sa responsabilité en cas de vol, incendie, intempéries ou
autre sinistre relevant de la responsabilité du locataire ou campeur. Tout propriétaire d'animal doit pouvoir présenter son carnet vétérinaire
à jour et une attestation d'assurance. En cas de litige, les Tribunaux de Béziers sont seuls compétents.
SECURITE : En aucun cas, le nombre de locataires ou campeurs ne doit être dépassé, enfants et bébés inclus. Toute personne (après autorisation de la Direction) non inscrite sur le contrat fera l'objet d'une facturation de 11 ? + taxe de séjour par jour. Le port d'un bracelet fixe est
obligatoire pendant la durée de votre séjour. Le port du maillot de bain est obligatoire. Caleçons interdits. Baignade sous surveillance juillet
août, mais utilisation de l'espace aquatique sous la surveillance des parents.
TOUT CAMPEUR DOIT RESPECTER LE RÈGLEMENT INTERIEUR DU CAMPING. LA DIRECTION SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT D EXPULSER SANS PRÉAVIS NI REMBOURSEMENT LES PERSONNES QUI MANQUERAIENT GRAVEMENT AU RESPECT DU RÈGLEMENT
INTERIEUR OU QUI AURAIENT DONNÉ DE FAUSSES INFORMATIONS CONCERNANT LES OCCUPANTS DE LA PARCELLE OU DU
LOCATIF.
LES ENFANTS SONT PLACÉS SOUS LA GARDE EXCLUSIVE DE LEURS PARENTS QUI EN SONT PÉNALEMENT ET JURIDIQUEMENT
RESPONSABLES NOTAMMENT LORS D UTILISATION DES JEUX MIS A LEUR DISPOSITION AINSI QUE LE PARC AQUATIQUE. FEUX
ET BARBECUES SONT INTERDITS. DES BARBECUES SONT A DISPOSITION SUR LES AIRES AMENAGÉES AUPRÈS DE CHACUN DES
BLOCS SANITAIRES. LES BARBECUES ÉLECTRIQUES NE DOIVENT PAS EXCEDER 1000 W AVEC UN VARIATEUR.

GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
RENTAL PROPERTIES :no less than 7 days , arrival and departure every days. The rental property will be available for occupancy from
3.00 pm. It must be taken up before 7.00 pm and vacated before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
A deposit of 300 euros is required, and will be returned at the time of departure after the inventory has been taken which shows that
the campsite premises and facilities have not been damaged. The inventory shall be taken during reception opening hours; guests are
responsible for cleaning their rental property failing which 80 ? will be deducted from the deposit
PITCHES: no less than 7 nights, arrival/departure any day of the week subject to availability. Guests must check in between 3.00 pm and
7.00 pm and vacate the pitch before 10.00 am on the day of departure. European plug adaptor required (not provided).
A deposit of 100 euros is required, and will be returned when you leave. The pitch must be left in the condition in which it was found at
the beginning of the stay.
Please note: Guests may not check in/check out outside of reception opening hours.
Please notify the Management if you are going to be late: your pitch or rental accommodation will be held over for 24 hours, no discount
given on the price of the stay. After 24 hours, the Management may relet your pitch or rental accommodation without refund. Under no
circumstances will the Management pay compensation following any breach of these rules
BOOKINGS
All bookings are valid for the named person(s) only and may not be transferred or sublet under any circumstances. Persons for whom
the pitch has been booked may not be replaced by third parties. Minors must be accompanied by at least one of their parents. Failure
to comply with these clauses shall nullify the agreement and result in the forfeiture of the down payment paid at the time of booking.
TO MAKE A BOOKING : The booking will be effective after our approval, and upon receipt of the booking contract as well as the down
payment. For a camping pitch the down payment is of 364 euros plus 36 euros booking fees. For a rental accommodation, when the
amount is under 1700 euros, the down payment is 500 euros, and when the amount is over 1700 euros, the down payment is 30%.
The outstanding balance for your stay is to be settled upon arrival. No reimbursement are given for late arrivals or early departures. Any
change made to the agreement may result in cancellation.
NB: Preferred options requested at the time of booking will be matched if possible, subject to availability. The site cannot be held responsible for non-availability.
CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations are to be notified by recorded delivery letter sent to Camping les Mimosas.
Any refunds of amounts paid are handled in one of two ways:
1- If you took out cancellation insurance from the Fédération Française de Camping Caravaning, 78 rue de Rivoli, 75004 Paris, at the
time of booking, contact the F.F.C.C. directly.
2- If you did not take out cancellation insurance, amounts paid cannot be refunded.
INSURANCE: Guests in rental accommodation and campers must have insurance. The Management does not accept liability for theft,
fire, inclement weather, or other loss falling within the guest's or camper's liability. Guests with pets must provide their pet's up-to-date
health record and insurance certificate. The courts in Béziers shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of dispute.
SAFETY: The number of tenants or campers including babies and children must not exceed the booked number under any circumstances. Any person not mentioned on the contract but allowed to stay by the Management shall be charged 11 ? + tourist tax per day. A
bracelet will be issued and must be worn at all times during your stay.
Bathing costumes must be worn. Boxer shorts are not allowed.
Swimming is supervised in July and August, but the water park is used under parental supervision.
ALL CAMPERS MUST OBSERVE THE SITE RULES. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXPEL ANY PERSONS WHO FAIL TO
ABIDE BY THE SITE RULES OR WHO PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION, WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING OR REFUND. TENANTS OF
PLOTS AND RENTAL ACCOMMODATION.
PARENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN AND ARE CRIMINALLY AND LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE
FOR THEM IN PARTICULAR WHEN THEY ARE USING THE GAMES PROVIDED AND THE WATER PARK. FIRES AND BARBECUES ARE
PROHIBITED. BARBECUES ARE PROVIDED IN SPECIALLY BUILT AREAS NEAR THE WASHROOM BLOCKS. ELECTRIC BARBECUES
MUST NOT EXCEED 1,000 W WITH AN ADJUSTABLE CONTROL.
Informations pratiques
Le nombre de personnes ne peut être supérieur au locatif choisi. Ces prix s'entendent : eau, électricité, gaz,
emplacement pour une voiture.
Accès à l'espace piscine (PORT DU MAILLOT DE BAIN ET DU BOXER COURT UNIQUEMENT AUTORISE CALECON INTERDITS).­
Aires de jeux, animations en journée et en soirée, mini-club enfants 4 à 10 ans. Les visiteurs sont acceptés pour la
journée. Ils doivent stationner sur le parking et se présenter à la réception dès leur arrivée. Un bracelet sera fixé à
leur poignet. Ils n'ont pas accès à l'espace aquatique. Pour votre sécurité, le port d'un bracelet fixé à votre poignet
est obligatoire dans l'enceinte du camping pendant toute la durée de votre séjour.
La circulation est interdite entre 23 h et 6 h du matin.
Ajouter à tous les tarifs :
Taxe de séjour 2015 jour/ personne : Adulte 0,62 E.
Enfant moins de 18 ans : gratuit. Taxe 2016 non connue.
Participation collecte déchets par jour et par emplacement : 0,70 E
Alèzes, couettes, oreillers et vaisselles, sont compris dans toutes nos locations.

Practicals informations
The number of persons cannot exceed the chosen accommodation. These prices include : water, electricity and gas
supply, parking for one car. The family is responsible for maintaining the accommodation, the undersheets and the
pillow cases. Bed-sheets are not supplied. Admittance to swimming-pool June, July, August, (SWIMMING TRUNKS
AND SHORT BOXERS ONLY ALLOWED- SHORTS ARE FORBIDDEN), children play-ground, day and evening
entertainment, mini-club for 4 to 10 years old children. Visitors are accepted during the day. They have to park their
car on the car park and must check in at the reception, upon arrival. A bracelet will be attached to their wrist on
arrival.They are not admitted to the water area. Driving is forbidden between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am. For security
reasons, bracelets must be worn on your wrists at all times on the campsite.

ANNULATION :
Dans tous les cas, l'annulation devra se faire par lettre recommandée à faire parvenir au Camping les Mimosas.
Pour un éventuel remboursement des sommes versées : 2 possibilités
1- Au moment de votre réservation, vous avez souscrit à l'assurance annulation de la Fédération Française de Camping Caravaning 78 rue de Rivoli 75004 Paris, vous vous rapprochez de la F.F.C.C.
2-Vous n'avez pas adhéré à l'assurance annulation, vous perdez LA SOMME VERSEE.
ASSURANCE : Tout locataire et campeur doit être assuré. La Direction dégage sa responsabilité en cas de vol, incendie, intempéries ou
autre sinistre relevant de la responsabilité du locataire ou campeur. Tout propriétaire d'animal doit pouvoir présenter son carnet vétérinaire
à jour et une attestation d'assurance. En cas de litige, les Tribunaux de Béziers sont seuls compétents.
SECURITE : En aucun cas, le nombre de locataires ou campeurs ne doit être dépassé, enfants et bébés inclus. Toute personne (après autorisation de la Direction) non inscrite sur le contrat fera l'objet d'une facturation de 11 ? + taxe de séjour par jour. Le port d'un bracelet fixe est
obligatoire pendant la durée de votre séjour. Le port du maillot de bain est obligatoire. Caleçons interdits. Baignade sous surveillance juillet
août, mais utilisation de l'espace aquatique sous la surveillance des parents.
TOUT CAMPEUR DOIT RESPECTER LE RÈGLEMENT INTERIEUR DU CAMPING. LA DIRECTION SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT D EXPULSER SANS PRÉAVIS NI REMBOURSEMENT LES PERSONNES QUI MANQUERAIENT GRAVEMENT AU RESPECT DU RÈGLEMENT
INTERIEUR OU QUI AURAIENT DONNÉ DE FAUSSES INFORMATIONS CONCERNANT LES OCCUPANTS DE LA PARCELLE OU DU
LOCATIF.
LES ENFANTS SONT PLACÉS SOUS LA GARDE EXCLUSIVE DE LEURS PARENTS QUI EN SONT PÉNALEMENT ET JURIDIQUEMENT
RESPONSABLES NOTAMMENT LORS D UTILISATION DES JEUX MIS A LEUR DISPOSITION AINSI QUE LE PARC AQUATIQUE. FEUX
ET BARBECUES SONT INTERDITS. DES BARBECUES SONT A DISPOSITION SUR LES AIRES AMENAGÉES AUPRÈS DE CHACUN DES
BLOCS SANITAIRES. LES BARBECUES ÉLECTRIQUES NE DOIVENT PAS EXCEDER 1000 W AVEC UN VARIATEUR.

GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
RENTAL PROPERTIES :no less than 7 days , arrival and departure every days. The rental property will be available for occupancy from
3.00 pm. It must be taken up before 7.00 pm and vacated before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
A deposit of 300 euros is required, and will be returned at the time of departure after the inventory has been taken which shows that
the campsite premises and facilities have not been damaged. The inventory shall be taken during reception opening hours; guests are
responsible for cleaning their rental property failing which 80 ? will be deducted from the deposit
PITCHES: no less than 7 nights, arrival/departure any day of the week subject to availability. Guests must check in between 3.00 pm and
7.00 pm and vacate the pitch before 10.00 am on the day of departure. European plug adaptor required (not provided).
A deposit of 100 euros is required, and will be returned when you leave. The pitch must be left in the condition in which it was found at
the beginning of the stay.
Please note: Guests may not check in/check out outside of reception opening hours.
Please notify the Management if you are going to be late: your pitch or rental accommodation will be held over for 24 hours, no discount
given on the price of the stay. After 24 hours, the Management may relet your pitch or rental accommodation without refund. Under no
circumstances will the Management pay compensation following any breach of these rules
BOOKINGS
All bookings are valid for the named person(s) only and may not be transferred or sublet under any circumstances. Persons for whom
the pitch has been booked may not be replaced by third parties. Minors must be accompanied by at least one of their parents. Failure
to comply with these clauses shall nullify the agreement and result in the forfeiture of the down payment paid at the time of booking.
TO MAKE A BOOKING : The booking will be effective after our approval, and upon receipt of the booking contract as well as the down
payment. For a camping pitch the down payment is of 364 euros plus 36 euros booking fees. For a rental accommodation, when the
amount is under 1700 euros, the down payment is 500 euros, and when the amount is over 1700 euros, the down payment is 30%.
The outstanding balance for your stay is to be settled upon arrival. No reimbursement are given for late arrivals or early departures. Any
change made to the agreement may result in cancellation.
NB: Preferred options requested at the time of booking will be matched if possible, subject to availability. The site cannot be held responsible for non-availability.
CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations are to be notified by recorded delivery letter sent to Camping les Mimosas.
Any refunds of amounts paid are handled in one of two ways:
1- If you took out cancellation insurance from the Fédération Française de Camping Caravaning, 78 rue de Rivoli, 75004 Paris, at the
time of booking, contact the F.F.C.C. directly.
2- If you did not take out cancellation insurance, amounts paid cannot be refunded.
INSURANCE: Guests in rental accommodation and campers must have insurance. The Management does not accept liability for theft,
fire, inclement weather, or other loss falling within the guest's or camper's liability. Guests with pets must provide their pet's up-to-date
health record and insurance certificate. The courts in Béziers shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of dispute.
SAFETY: The number of tenants or campers including babies and children must not exceed the booked number under any circumstances. Any person not mentioned on the contract but allowed to stay by the Management shall be charged 11 ? + tourist tax per day. A
bracelet will be issued and must be worn at all times during your stay.
Bathing costumes must be worn. Boxer shorts are not allowed.
Swimming is supervised in July and August, but the water park is used under parental supervision.
ALL CAMPERS MUST OBSERVE THE SITE RULES. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXPEL ANY PERSONS WHO FAIL TO
ABIDE BY THE SITE RULES OR WHO PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION, WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING OR REFUND. TENANTS OF
PLOTS AND RENTAL ACCOMMODATION.
PARENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN AND ARE CRIMINALLY AND LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE
FOR THEM IN PARTICULAR WHEN THEY ARE USING THE GAMES PROVIDED AND THE WATER PARK. FIRES AND BARBECUES ARE
PROHIBITED. BARBECUES ARE PROVIDED IN SPECIALLY BUILT AREAS NEAR THE WASHROOM BLOCKS. ELECTRIC BARBECUES
MUST NOT EXCEED 1,000 W WITH AN ADJUSTABLE CONTROL.
Informations pratiques
Le nombre de personnes ne peut être supérieur au locatif choisi. Ces prix s'entendent : eau, électricité, gaz,
emplacement pour une voiture.
Accès à l'espace piscine (PORT DU MAILLOT DE BAIN ET DU BOXER COURT UNIQUEMENT AUTORISE CALECON INTERDITS).­
Aires de jeux, animations en journée et en soirée, mini-club enfants 4 à 10 ans. Les visiteurs sont acceptés pour la
journée. Ils doivent stationner sur le parking et se présenter à la réception dès leur arrivée. Un bracelet sera fixé à
leur poignet. Ils n'ont pas accès à l'espace aquatique. Pour votre sécurité, le port d'un bracelet fixé à votre poignet
est obligatoire dans l'enceinte du camping pendant toute la durée de votre séjour.
La circulation est interdite entre 23 h et 6 h du matin.

Enfant moins de 18 ans : gratuit. Taxe 2016 non connue.

Practicals informations
The number of persons cannot exceed the chosen accommodation. These prices include : water, electricity and gas
supply, parking for one car. The family is responsible for maintaining the accommodation, the undersheets and the
pillow cases. Bed-sheets are not supplied. Admittance to swimming-pool June, July, August, (SWIMMING TRUNKS
AND SHORT BOXERS ONLY ALLOWED- SHORTS ARE FORBIDDEN), children play-ground, day and evening
entertainment, mini-club for 4 to 10 years old children. Visitors are accepted during the day. They have to park their
car on the car park and must check in at the reception, upon arrival. A bracelet will be attached to their wrist on
arrival.They are not admitted to the water area. Driving is forbidden between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am. For security
reasons, bracelets must be worn on your wrists at all times on the campsite.
