 General Terms and Conditions Origin All of our wine are guaranteed “origin confirmed” and appellation contrôlée (AC) or vin de pays. Half bottles (37.5 cl) are deliverable in cases of 12 or 24 units. Full bottles (75 cl) in cases of 6 or 12 units. Magnums (150 cl) are deliverable in cases of 1,3 or 6 units. Prices All prices are listed in Swiss Francs, VTA (tax) included 8%. For restaurants, the price is without VTA (tax) 8%. Duration The current prices list cancels and replaces any preceding ones. It is established without any engagement, and upon stock availability. We reserve the right to modify at any time and without any prior notice, the stock, prices as well as the conditions that are listed here. Availability Until the exhaustion of the existing stock. When one vintage sells out, as the measure possible, we will deliver the following years vintage and inform the client of such. Methods of payment Following each order, you will receive an invoice. This invoice must be settled within 30 days of purchase, net and without any deduction of discount. The payment may be done by payment slip (orange ESR/BVR), bank transfer (IBAN) or by credit card on the online store. It is equally possible to pay directly at the cellar in Aclens at the time of pickup of merchandise. Any unjustified deduction of the payment amount will be billed afterward. For all first time orders, we request that an advance payment be made. All goods delivered remain the full property of Maison Mathieu until such time as full payment of the invoice has been received. For any refused payments, a fee of 100 Swiss Francs will be charged. Late charges interests will be fixed at 9%. Quantity Our wines are normally delivered to the client in the cases of origin of 6 or 12 bottles. However, you may also order bottles by the unit or created mixed cases of your choice, without of course, any supplement of any kind. Only fees for packaging and shipping will be billed. Tastings Come and discover our wines directly at the cellar! A complimentary tasting may be organized by appointment. We would be most pleased to receive you. Delivery service We deliver our wines throughout Switzerland, where possible, with our own vehicle. If you wish, our driver will be pleased to deliver your order directly to your cellar. If we are unable to make the delivery ourselves, a trustworthy delivery company of standing will be charged to do so. Please note that deliveries by Vinolog cannot be scheduled in advance. If you are not present at the moment of delivery, the Poste will leave a number for you to contact so that you may make an appointment. International delivery We thank you to note that we do not provide delivery services outside of Switzerland. Timing of delivery We guarantee the delivery within a delay of 10 working days, upon availability of product, except in case of force majeure (unfavourable weather, accident…). We will inform the client of any delays. Shipping fees (delivery and packaging) For all orders of 800 CHF – or 36 bottles (75 cl or equivalent) and above, Maison Mathieu will cover the entire cost of shipping. For all orders of 1-­‐6 bottles (75 cl or equivalent), the client will be billed the amount of 15 CHF. For all orders of 7-­‐24 bottles (75 cl or equivalent), the client will be billed the amount of 20 CHF For all orders of 25-­‐35 bottles (75 cl or equivalent), the client will be billed the amount of 30 CHF Takeaway merchandise You may recuperate your merchandise directly from our cellar in Aclens. In the case, we request you to advise us of your visit, so that we may prepare your order. Packages and gifts • When possible, we use the original box or carton. • Gift-­‐wrap and special packaging are available for an additional fee. Returns of open merchandise We propose wines whose authenticity and quality are proven. If the wine you have ordered has a taste of cork (or other defaults), please contact us within 8 days of its opening and tasting for verification. Beyond this delay, we reserve the right to refuse replacement. Timing of Returns If you return the merchandise within 10 days of purchase, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will reimburse the entire purchase prices. Fee for shipping will be at your charge. Protection of minors According to Swiss law, alcoholic beverages may not be sold to children under the age of 16 and hard liquor under the age of 18. By ordering from Mathieu SA, you take observance of this law and confirm that you have the right to proceed to purchase. Protection of information The protection of your privacy, and your personal information, is of particular importance to us ; also, so that your navigation of our web pages is carried out in security, we ensure that your personal information is treated in a manner consistent with relevant laws. In the case where the Internet pages of Mathieu SA present links to other websites, the present disclaimer is no longer applicable.
