CONDITIONS GENERALES DE RESERVATION
La nuit de camping est comptée de midi à midi. Concernant la location à la semaine d’un
mobil-home ou cottage : le séjour commence un samedi entre 15H00 et 19H00 pour finir
un samedi entre 9h00 et 10H00. La location à la nuit pour un week-end hors saison : le
séjour commence entre 10h00 et 19h00 le jour d’arrivée et fini entre 9h00 et 16h00 le jour
du départ.
1 - Toutes les réservations d’emplacements nus doivent être accompagnées d’un acompte de
90€+ 30€ de frais de réservation + éventuellement 21€ d’assurance annulation, soit 141€. Le
solde de la redevance du séjour sera payable à l’arrivée.
2 - Toutes les réservations de mobiles homes ou cottages doivent être
accompagnées d’un acompte de 25% + 30€ de frais de réservation + éventuellement 4€par
nuit d’assurance annulation. Le solde de la location sera réglé 30 jours minimum avant la
date d’arrivée.
3 - Dans le cas d’une réservation par carte bancaire et en cas de non
paiement par tous moyens à votre convenance quatre semaines avant la date d’arrivée, le
camping a votre authorisation de prélever le solde.
4 - Une caution de 400€ sera perçue dès le jour de l’arrivée ainsi qu’un
chèque de 80€ pour le nettoyage ; ils seront restitués après inventaire et état des lieux ( ou au
plus tard 3 jours après le départ si celui-ci n’a pas lieu entre 9 h et 10 h le samedi ), en cas
de propreté douteuse la caution de 80€ sera retenue. La taxe de séjour est payable à l’arrivée.
5 - La réservation est personnelle, il est interdit de sous-louer ou de céder à un tiers. Les
visiteurs devront s’adresser à l’accueil et acquitter la redevance camping.
6 - Toute modification pouvant entraîner une variation du montant de la redevance, elle devra
être signalée au moment du paiement du solde. En cas de déclaration inexacte du preneur,
le présent contrat sera résilié de plein droit et les sommes versées resteront acquises au
camping.
7 - La facturation sera établie au nom du contractant selon les dates du contrat.
8 - Lorsque le séjour est commencé, il n’y a pas de remboursement possible pour cause de
départ anticipé. Sauf assurance annulation.
9 - En l’absence de message télégraphié du campeur précisant qu’il a dû différer la date de
son arrivée, l’emplacement devient disponible le lendemain de la date d’arrivée prévue par
le contrat de réservation et le paiement intégral des prestations demeure exigé. Les messages téléphoniques ne sont pas admis. En cas d’annulation, voir le paragraphe assurance
annulation.
10 - Un seul véhicule par location ou emplacement est inclus.
11 - Nous renvoyer le contrat complété, rempli et signé, une confirmation sera expédiée par
retour signée par le gestionnaire.
12 - La direction du camping se réserve le droit d’intervenir à l’intérieur du locatif même
durant votre absence pour toute intervention technique nécessaire au bon fonctionnement
du locatif.
13 - Il est strictement interdit de laisser un animal seul dans le locatif ou sur l’emplacement.
14- ASSURANCE ANNULATION
Extrait simplifié des conditions de garanties du cabinet d’assurance.
Si vous n’avez rien coché ou coché “non”, vous ne pouvez en aucun cas prétendre bénéficier
de l’assurance annulation.
A - AVANT VOTRE DÉPART, si l’un des éléments suivants survient :
Maladie grave ou accident grave ou encore décès atteignant vous-même ou votre conjoint ( ou
concubin déclaré ), l’un de vos ascendants, descendants, gendres ou belles-filles ;
Décès d’un frère, d’une soeur, d’un beau-frère, d’une belle-soeur ;
Dommages matériels importants atteignant vos biens propres et nécessitant impérativement
votre présence ;
Licenciement économique ;
Accident ou vol total de votre véhicule et/ou de votre caravane survenant sur le trajet (direct)
pour se rendre sur le lieu de séjour.
+ Vous serez remboursé de :
20% du montant de la location en cas d’événement survenant entre la date de réservation et
le 30ème jour avant la date prévue d’entrée en jouissance de la réservation ;
100% du montant reglé en cas d’événement survenant moins de 30 jours avant cette date.
B - PENDANT VOTRE SÉJOUR, si l’un des événements ci-dessus survient et vous contraint à
interrompre votre séjour;
+Vous serez remboursé de la somme correspondant à la partie du séjour non effectuée et
déjà facturée par le camping.
Exclusions :
Les sinistres occasionnés par la guerre étrangère, guerre civile, grèves, effets nucléaires ou
radioactifs.
Les sinistres provoqués intentionnellement par l’assuré ;
Le suicide ou la tentative de suicide de l’assuré ;
L’accident, la maladie ou le décès : survenant antérieurement à la date d’effet de la garantie - consécutif à un mauvais état de santé chronique atteignant une personne âgée de plus
de 80 ans sauf si son décès intervient à moins de 5 jours avant la date du début de séjour.
Que devez-vous faire en cas de sinistre ?
Dans les 24 heures, impérativement, avertir la direction du camping dès que vous avez
connaissance d’un événement empêchant votre départ.
Aviser le camping dans les 48 heures et fournir tous les renseignements nécessaires et
documents notamment : un certificat médical précisant la nature, l’origine ainsi que la gravité
de l’accident ou de la maladie - une copie du décompte de votre régime maladie - un bulletin
de décès... tout justificatif de l’événement.
Les informations communiquées ci-dessus n’ont aucune valeur contractuelle. Les conditions
générales qui régissent ces assurances (modalités et application des garanties) seront
remises au souscripteur avec le bulletin de confirmation de séjour et peuvent être communiquées au préalable par nos services de vente.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
A night at the camp site runs from midday to midday. Weekly rental of a mobile home, cottage
or chalet: the stay begins Saturday between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm and finishes between 9.00
am and 10.00 am Saturday. Rental by the day on weekends during low season: the stay
begins between 10.00 am and 7.00 pm on the day of arrival and ends between 9.00 am and
4.00 pm on the day of departure
All empty site reservations must be accompanied with a deposit cheque of 90€ + 30€ for reservation charges + a possible 21€ cancellation insurance, that is 141€. The balance of the rental
charge for the stay is payable on arrival.
In case of booking by credit card and in case of unpayment by anyway at your convenience
four weeks before the arrival, the camp site is autorize to charge the balance.
All mobile home or chalet reservations must be accompanied with a deposit of 25% + 30€ for
reservation charges + a possible 4€ per night for cancellation insurance. The balance of the
rental is payable at least 30 days before the arrival date. Failing to pay in full 4 weeks before
the start of the stay, the campsite reserves the right to consider that the reservation has been
cancelled. A deposit of 400€ will be collected from the day of arrival as well as a cheque for
80€ for cleaning; they will be returned after an inventory and inspection (or at the most 3 days
after the departure if this did not happen between 9 am and 10 am on Saturday), in the case
of dubious tidiness the deposit for 80€ will be retained. The tourist tax is payable on arrival.
The reservation is not transferable; it is forbidden to sub-let or give to a third partyVisitors
must present themselves to the reception desk and pay the camp site fees.
Any modification leading to a variation in the total of the charge must be indicated at the
moment of the payment of the balance. In case of an inexact statement by the buyer, this
contract will be terminated by rights and the sums paid will remain with the camp site.
The billing will be established according to the dates of the contract.
When the stay has started, there is no refund possible for an anticipated departure. Except
with cancellation insurance.
In the absence of a telegraph message from the camper specifying that they have had to
defer the date of their arrival, the spot becomes available the day after the anticipated arrival
in the reservation contract
and the full payment of the fees are demanded. Telephone messages are not permitted. In
case of cancellation, see paragraph «cancellation insurance».
One vehicle only is included per rental property or pitch.
You have to send the contract, completed and signed,a confirmation will be sent back by
return signed by the administrator.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Extract simplified conditions or warranties of insurance company.
you have subscribed to cancellation insurance by having checked the “yes” on the back of
this contract, paragraphs A and B concern you.
On the other hand, if you have checked nothing or checked “no”, you can in no way claim to
benefit from cancellation insurance.
n - BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE, if one of the following elements:
Serious illness or serious accident or death of yourself or your partner (or legal cohabitant),
one of your ascendants, descendants, son-in-law or sister-in-law
Death of a brother, a sister, a brother in law, a sister in law;
Major material damage to your own property and necessitating your imperative presence;
Redundancy;
Accident or theft of your vehicle and/or your caravan during the journey (direct) taken to arrive
at the holiday site.
You will be refunded
Tthe deposit in the case of the event happening between the date of reservation and the 30th
day before the foreseen date in accordance with the reservation;100% of the payed sum in
the case of the event happening less than 30 before this date.
In all case, the booking fees will be keeped by the campsite.
n - DURING YOUR STAY, if one of the elements above occurs and you are forced to interrupt
your stay;
You will be refunded the sum corresponding to the part of the stay not used and already
invoiced by the camp site.
Exclusions :
Incidents caused by foreign wars, civil war, strikes, nuclear or radioactive effects.
Incidents caused intentionally by the insured;
Suicide or attempted suicide by the insured;
Accident, sickness or death: happening earlier than the date of the guarantee - following a bad
state of chronic health - affecting a person aged over 80 years except if their death happens
at least 5 days before the
date of the start of the stay.
What should you do in the case of an incident?
Within 24 hours, imperatively, advise the camp site management as soon as you have
knowledge of an event preventing your departure.
Advise the camp site within 48 hours and supply all the necessary information and documents
notably: a medical certificate stipulating the nature, the origin as well as the seriousness of the
accident or illness - a copy of the account of your medical insurance – a death certificate...
all supporting the event.
The information provided above have no contractual value. The General conditions governing
such insurance (terms and safeguards) will be returned to the subscriber with the booking
confirmation and may be disclosed by us before the sale.
