choice of two models, the Centro Plus offers the solution to your communcation
requirements whether you’re a dispatch operation in a highly competitive commercial
industry, or controlling a public sector service organisation.
Standard features
The Centro Plus has been designed to give the maximum flexibility possible and can
be configured to meet your specific requirements by your authorised Motorola
dealer.
• Ease of use provided by the in built microphone and loudspeaker and the flexibility
to use the telephone handset when more privacy is required.
• Simplified installation and trouble free operation is provided by automatic line
compensation when connected to the appropriate Motorola base station
equipment.
Selective calling features
For more advanced two-way radio systems employing 5 tone signalling, the Select 5
version of the Centro Plus controller gives you the ultimate in operational flexibility.
• Personalised names consisting of up to nine alpha-numeric characters can be
used, instead of numbers, for your 20 most important radio users. Not only can
you select the name of the radio user when making a call, when those users call
you, their name is automatically displayed. You can also name your radio
channel(s) with up to five alpha-numeric characters, making your radio system that
much more easy to use.
• The Centro Plus can be configured to receive and respond to emergency calls
initiated by radio users. In addition, the Centro Plus operator may initiate an
emergency call to the radio network, either from the keypad or using an external
“panic” button.
• Keeping on top of your radio system’s traffic is easy - the 10 most recent received
calls are remembered and can be displayed, plus an external call logging device
such as a printer may be connected to the Centro Plus.
Whatever your system requirements - individual calls, group calls, all calls, intercom
or emergency calls (or any combination), the Select 5 Centro Plus provides the
answer.
