avant le jeudi, 31 mars 2016 à 11 h.
This request for tender must be returned before
Thursday, March 31st, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
La pompe sera disponible pour inspection au
garage, 3248 County Rd 9, Fournier Ontario à
partir du jeudi 17 mars au jeudi 31 mars.
La pompe est vendue telle quelle et sans garantie
et la vente est finale. Le soumissionnaire devra
soumettre un prix en conséquence.
The pump will be available for inspection at
3248 County Rd 9, Fournier Ontario on
Thursday17th of March to Thursday the 31st of
March.
The pump is sold as is, without warranty and the
sale is final. The tenderer must submit a price
accordingly.

Le soumissionnaire, à qui sera accordée
la vente de la pompe, devra payer par
chèque certifié et prendre possession
dans les quarante-huit (48 heures)
ouvrables après que son offre ait été
acceptée par la municipalité. Dans le
cas où cette obligation n’est pas
respectée par le soumissionnaire, sa
soumission devient nulle et sans effet,
et ceci sans aucun recours contre la
municipalité.

The tenderer, to whom the sale of the
pump will be awarded, must pay by
certified cheque and take possession
within forty-eight (48) hours after the
offer has been accepted by the
municipality. In the event, that this
condition is not met by the Tendered,
his tender will be null and void and this
without any claim against the
municipality.

The Nation Municipality is not bound to
accept the highest or any of the tenders
submitted.

phone and asked to resubmit a bid. Bid
