MARY JANE KELLY "Black Mary" was unlike the other victims. At 25 she was young and attractive, and as a prostitute would have better served the prestigious West End clients as opposed to working the grim streets of the East End. Mary was born in Limerick, Ireland and moved to Wales where she married a collier who was tragically killed in a pit disaster. After turning to prostitution in Cardiff, she moved south to London where she worked in a West End brothel. "Fair Emma" came to lodge at various abodes around Dorset Street, London, the "Wicked Quarter Mile", and it was at Millers Court that she was found brutally murdered. L'AGENT. Le passif permet de ne pas s'occuper de l'agent, -soit parce qu'il est évident, donc sans intérêt : Slang is spoken in England. -soit parce qu'on ne le connait pas ou qu'on préfère ne pas le mentionner : My vaccuum cleaner was built in 1901 .Electric lights were introduced to London streets in 1882 L'agent n'apparaît en position de complément que s'il constitue un apport d'information. Il est alors introduit par BY. .The first light bulbs was produced by Edison in 1879 Oliver Twist was written by Charles Dickens in 1839 Le passif est beaucoup plus souvent utilisé en anglais qu'en français. L'emploi du passif en anglais correspond fréquemment à l'emploi du pronom "ON" en français ex : On a tourné un nouveau film sur Jack the Ripper avec Johnny Deep en 2001 A new film on Jack the Ripper was shot starring Johnny Deep in 2001
