Located in the south of the Beaujolais in the region of the «Pierres Dorées» (which literally means
golden stone) the gite is 1.5 km from the village of Charnay. It is a semi-detached property on the owners
vineyard surrounded by vines. Charnay is a classified village (there are visits to the 17th century chateau
and tower that offers a spectacular view, a 12th century church and many wine cellars...), 25km from
Lyon and 12km from Villefranche s/S.

• Ground floor > Spacious open plan living/kitchen room with old fire-place (wood provided).
> The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dish wascher, fridge. The dining table is a
4m long oak table typical of the Beaujolais.
> There is a tv and the sofa is convertible.
• First floor
> Bedroom 1 : double bed, hanging space, space for a single bed, shower/toilet en suite.
> Bedroom 2 : twin singles, wash hand basin, washing machine.
> Bedroom 3/dormitory : 3 singles and one bunk bed, 2 wash hand basins, shower,
toilet and a large wardrobe.
• Outside > A private area with table and chairs, a barbecue and a swing.
