Scan-Adapter:
Le scan-adapter est un accessoire qui est utilisé pour la conception de
prothèses dentaires en combinaison d’un analogue d’implant, d’un
scanner et d’un kit d’implant (plusieurs fichiers liés).
Le scan-adapter permet exclusivement de positionner l’implant pour
la modélisation dans un logiciel de conception dentaire (3D).
Scan-Adapter:
Der Scan-Adapter ist eine Positionierungshilfe, die für die Gestaltung
von Zahnersatz in Kombination mit einem Implantat-Analog, einem
Scanner und einem Implantat-Kit (mehrere verknüpfte Dateien)
verwendet wird. Der Scan-Adapter dient als Referenz für die Position
der Implantat-Schnittstelle, die dann bei der Modellierung in der
Design-Software (3D) verwendet wird.
Scan-Adapter:
The scan-adapter is an accessory that is used for the design of dental
prosthesis in combination with an implant replica, a scanner and an
implant kit (several linked files).
The scan-adapter allows only the position of the implant in the
modelling design software dental (3D).
Indications :
►Choisir le scan-adapter compatible avec l’implant (voir liste des
références existantes au dos) ;
►Télécharger le kit d’implant correspondant sur le serveur Simeda® à
l’adresse suivante : http://customers.simeda-medical.com/

►Placer le scan-adapter sur l’analogue d’implant (qui doit être
propre!).
Il ne doit pas y avoir d’interstice/écart entre les 2 pièces et le scanadapter ne doit pas pouvoir tourner.
►Visser le scan-adapter sur l’analogue d’implant correspondant avec
la vis fournie.
Un serrage à la main suffit! Il n’est pas nécessaire d’appliquer un
couple de serrage élevé qui risquerait de déformer le scan-adapter et
de provoquer une usure précoce (voire une destruction).
►Scanner le modèle sur lequel le scan-adapter est vissé.
Attention, il n’est pas nécessaire d’utiliser de poudre ou de spray
opacifiant sur le scan-adapter lors du balayage.
►Modéliser la prothèse sur l’implant à l’aide d’un logiciel de
conception dentaire.
Indikationen:
►Wählen Sie den Scan-Adapter, der kompatibel mit Ihrem Implantat
ist (siehe Liste der vorhandenen Referenzen auf der Rückseite);
►Laden Sie das entsprechende Implantat-Kit auf den simeda® Server
unter folgender Adresse: http://customers.simeda-medical.com/
Falls erforderlich, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren technischen

►Stecken Sie den Scan-Adapter auf das gereinigte Implantat-Analog.
Es darf keine Lücke oder Spalt zwischen Scan-Adapter und ImplantatAnalog sein und der Scan-Adapter darf nicht verdreht werden.
►Schrauben Sie den Scan-Adapter auf das entsprechende ImplantatAnalog mit der mitgelieferten Schraube.
Bitte wenig Kraftaufwand beim Anziehen ausüben! Es ist nicht
erforderlich, ein hohes Drehmoment anzuwenden, da es den ScanAdapter beschädigen und zu frühzeitiger Abnutzung beitragen
könnte.
►Scannen Sie das Modell, auf dem der Scan-Adapter aufgeschraubt
wurde. Achtung, es ist nicht mehr notwendig, den Scan-Adapter mit
Pulver oder Spray vorzubehandeln!
►Modellation erfolgt dann in der entsprechenden Design-Software.
Indications :

►Download the corresponding implant kit on the Simeda® server at
the following address: http://customers.simeda-medical.com/

►Place the scan-adapter on the implant replica (which must be
clean!).
It should not be any gap / difference between the 2 parts and the
scan-adapter must not rotate.
►Screw the scan-adapter on the corresponding implant replica with
the provided screw.
A tightening by hand is enough! It is not necessary to apply a high
torque that could distort the scan-adapter and cause premature
wear (or destruction).
►Scan the model on which the scan-adapter is screwed.
Attention, it is not necessary to use powder or spray on the scanadapter during scanning.
►Model the prosthesis on the implant using dental design
software.

►Le scan-adapter est en matière plastique;
►La vis fournie est en titane Ti6Al4V, ASTM 136.
Garantie:
Le scan-adapter et la vis fournie sont garantis 1 an, sous réserve
d’utilisation dans les conditions précitées.
