Quick Installation Guide
This slim writer is a PnP (Plug and Play) device, and Windows
ME/2000/XP can automatically detect the drive and load the
appropriate driver. For the users who run Windows 98SE, it is
required to install the driver included in the software CD-ROM.
How to install on Windows 98SE
Please follow the steps below for first time installation of the USB 2.0
device. After the successful installation, you can re-connect the
device and the system should automatically recognize the attached
USB 2.0 device:
Step 1 Insert the software CD-ROM. Select the CD-ROM icon,
“Drivers\USB External Driver\Slim External Series\setup.exe”
Run “setup.exe” and then click [Next].
Step 2
Choose “Complete” and click “Next.” Installation is finished.
Step 3
After connecting the slim writer, there will be a
New device under device manager.

Connect the USB Y cable to your controller or
your computer’s two USB ports.

port behind your drive.

d'installer les Pilotes de Stockage USB. Windows fournira
