Artist Biography
Artist’s Statement
A graduate of the Ontario College of Art, Marc has
studied late 19th century painting. Marc works using the
tried‑and‑true method of “Alla Prima” used by John Singer
Sargent and Anders Zorn. Marc’s oil paintings and prints are
sold across Canada by major retailers.
“God is the master artist.
Nature is his handiwork.
As artists, we try to reproduce
and record moments of His genius.”

Démarche artistique
Formé au Ontario College of Art, Marc a étudié la peinture de
la fin du 19e siècle. Marc se sert de la méthode de peinture
éprouvée dite Alla Prima, utilisée de façon magistrale par
John Singer Sargent et Anders Zorn. Marc vend ses peintures
à l’huile et ses reproductions partout au Canada par
l’entremise de grands détaillants.

Comme artistes, nous tentons simplement de reproduire
et d’enregistrer certaines démonstrations de son génie. »
