La PM-12 Dragonfly ▲LTO est une console 12 voies polyvalente à très faible bruit et effets numériques incorporés, répartie entre 8 voies mono et 2 voies stéréo, chacune étant dotée d’une égalisation chaude et naturelle, de témoins de crêtes, d’un contrôle PAN/BAL etc. Elle comporte aussi un processeur d’effets numérique 24 bits stéréo doté de 256 programmes preset. INTRODUCTION Nous vous remercions de la confiance que vous avez témoignée aux produits ▲LTO en achetant notre console 12 voies à effets numériques incorporés PM-12 Dragonfly. Cette console de mixage offre, en dépit de son caractère compact, des performances et une qualité de son de niveau professionnel adaptées à des contextes d’utilisation variés, allant de la diffusion en salles à l’enregistrement et aux installations fixes. La PM-12 Dragonfly dispose de fonctionnalités qui ne sont pas toujours présentes dans les consoles de cette catégorie : 8 voies mono (dotés de préamplis micros à très faible bruit et d’une alimentation fantôme + 48 V), 2 voies stéréo (chaque voie mono disposant d’une égalisation trois bandes à mediums réglable, et chaque voie stéréo d’une égalisation quatre bandes à fréquences fixes), un processeur d’effet 24 bits comportant 16 presets x 16 variations (= 256 effets), une amplification numérique incorporée, un bargraphe de précision à 12 segments, ainsi que des sorties de groupes indépendantes, dans une présentation à la fois compacte et esthétique. Bien que la PM-12 Dragonfly soit d’utilisation très simple, nous vous demandons de lire attentivement l’ensemble du manuel pour vous familiariser avec ses différentes fonctions et en tirer le meilleur parti. —4— 2. FONCTIONNALITÉS La console 12 voies à effets numériques incorporés PM-12 Dragonfly ▲LTO est destinée à des applications professionnelles et présente les fonctionnalités suivantes : • Une amplification numérique «Dragonfly» offrant une grande dynamique et une puissance élevée • Une efficacité exceptionnelle qui se traduit dans une compacité telle que cette console n’est pas plus large et à peine plus haute que le modèle passif équivalent • Une alimentation à découpage haut de gamme • 8 entrées micro sur connecteurs XLR plaqués-or et entrées lignes symétriques • 2 entrées stéréo sur jacks 6,35 TRS symétriques • Préamplis micro à très faible bruit et à composants discrets avec alimentation fantôme + 48 V • Réserve élevée offrant une grande amplitude dynamique • Atténuateurs (faders) 60 mm à grande précision • Toutes les voies sont dotées de fonctions Mute et Solo et de témoins de présence de signal et d’écrêtage ainsi que de filtres coupe-bas (sauf sur les voies stéréo). • Sélecteurs d’affectations SUB 1-2, SUB 3-4 et MAIN L-R • 4 départs auxilliaires par voie : 2 commutables PRE/POST-FADER pour les applications de monitoring, et 2 POST-FADER pour l’envoi aux effets (internes ou externes). • Égalisation 4 bandes fixe sur les voies stéréo à niveau ligne • Égalisation 3 bandes à mediums réglables sur les voies d’entrée micro • Insertion et sortie directe sur chaque voie mono, et insertion sur le mix principal pour le branchement sur des unités externes. • Processeur d’effet numérique 24 bits avec 256 effets (16 presets x 16 variations) • Égalisation graphique stéréo 9 bandes • Connecteur TNC pour le branchement d’une lampe • Système matrix pour l’affectation à l’écoute de cabine et au casque • Entrées/sorties d’enregistrement «2-Tracks» (phono) • Bargraphes de grande précision à 12 segments • 2 x 300 W (sous 4 Ω) • Sorties haut-parleurs sur connecteurs jack 6,35 et «speakon». —5— 3. PRISE EN MAIN 3.1 Vérifiez la tension secteur avant tout branchement du cordon d’alimentation. 3.2 Avant de mettre l’appareil sous tension veillez à ce que l’interrupteur général soit bien en position «OFF». Veillez également à ce que tous les contrôles de niveau d’entrée et de sortie soient au minimum pour éviter tout dommage pouvant provenir de niveaux excessifs. 3.3 Branchez une des extrémités de chaque câble haut parleur dans les connecteurs Speakon ou Jack (sorties haut-parleurs) de la PM-12, eet leur autre extrémité dans le connecteur d’entrée des haut-parleurs. Vous pouvez aussi brancher un système d’amplification externe ou des enceintes amplifiées sur les sorties MAIN OUTPUT L/R de la PM-12. 3.4 Effectuez tous les autres branchements comme indiqué sur le schéma. 3.5 Si aucune amplification externe n’est branchée sur les sorties MAIN OUTPUT L/R de la PM-12, ne la mettez sous tension qu’après avoir allumé toutes les unités externes qui lui sont reliées. Après utilisation, commencez par éteindre la PM-12 avant de poursuivre par les autres appareils. 3.6 Si un ampli externe ou des enceintes amplifiées sont branchées sur les sorties MAIN OUTPUT L/R de votre PM-12, mettez la console sous tension avant l’amplification. Inversement pensez à éteindre vos amplis externes avant d’éteindre la console. 3.7 Veillez à ce que la console soit bien hors tension avant tout branchement ou débranchement du secteur. 3.8 Ne nettoyez l’appareil qu’à l’aide d’un chiffon doux et sec, à l’exclusion de tout solvant ou produit alcoolisé. —6— —7— 4. CONDITIONS DU RETOUR 2.1 Pour que la garantie soit appliquée, le produit doit être retourné dans son carton d’origine et être protégé contre tout dommage pendant le transport. 2.2 Il doit être accompagné d’une copie de votre facture d’achat ou d’une preuve de propriété valide, ainsi que de votre adresse précise et du numéro de téléphone permettant de vous contacter. 2.3 Une description détaillée du problème constaté, jointe à l’envoi, pourra guider utilement les techniciens de maintenance. 2.4 Vous devez prendre à votre charge tous les frais d’acheminement de l’appareil, incluant d’éventuelles assurances. 3. TERMES ET CONDITIONS 3.1 ▲LTO garantit cet appareil contre tout défaut matériel ou de fabrication pendant une période d’un an à compter de la date d’achat sous réserve que vous ayez rempli et renvoyé la carte de garantie dans les délais. 3.2 Cette garantie n’est applicable qu’à l’acheteur original et n’est pas transférable à un acheteur de deuxième intention. 3.3 Pendant la période de garantie, ALTO pourra choisir à sa convenance de remplacer ou de réparer le produit défectueux, sans aucun frais de pièces ou de main d’œuvre pour l’utilisateur si le problème entre bien dans le cadre de la garantie. 3.4 Cette garantie ne s’applique pas aux dommages causés dans les conditions suivantes : • usage inapproprié, négligence ou utilisation non compatible avec les instructions fournies dans le mode d’emploi. • usure normale de l’appareil. • modification de l’appareil (de quelque nature qu’elle soit). • dommages causés directement ou indirectement par la force majeure ou par toutes conditions extérieures. • réparation ou intervention effectuée par une personne non qualifiée. Dans de tels cas, les frais restent à la charge de l’acheteur. 3.5 En aucun cas ▲LTO ne pourra être tenu pour responsable de dommages induits de quelque ordre qu’ils soient. Certains pays ou états n’autorisent pas ce type de limitation et cette exclusion peut éventuellement ne pas s’appliquer à votre cas. 3.6 Cette garantie vous confère des droits spécifiques, qui sont compatibles avec les lois de l’état d’origine.
