The presale offer is valid for tourism professionals (guides, tour operators, travel agents, wholesalers) and for works
councils.
A minimum order of 20 adults and child tickets can be bought in advance (15 tickets for the Musée Jacquemart-André &
Caumont Centre d’Art).
Tickets are valid for 1 year after issue date (except for some dated tickets). ** Tickets for the Carrières de Lumières are
only valid until 8th January 2017.
Advance tickets are valid only for an individual visit. All group visits should be pre-booked independently.
An additional cost of €6 for tickets sent by recorded and secured mail.
Tickets bought in advance can be collected directly at the ticket office.
Payment conditions:
 If receiving the tickets by recorded mail: payment should be provided for the proforma invoice received. Cheques
are payable to Culturespaces in euros. Tickets will be sent after receipt of the payment.
 If collecting the tickets at the ticket office: payment should be done upon arrival.
Tickets bought in advance are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
