Phil Arber’s request regarding the
Vankleek Hill Farmers’ Market
Requête de Phil Arber relativement au
Marché champêtre de Vankleek Hill
Before moving and seconding the
resolution which had been prepared to
entertain Mr. Arber’s request, Council
learned the Farmers’ Market had most
probably secured an alternate location on
the Siversky parcel of land (on Highway
34 between Mike Dean’s Superstore and
Kathy’s Belly-Buster chip stand) for a few
months. Resolution 2010-231 was not
used.

Filming La Sacrée request

Council was informed of Balestra
Productions’ President and Executive
Producer Mark Chatel’s request to the
Township as to any financial help or
services in lieu, which would enable
filming of a movie called La Sacrée in
Champlain Township, next fall. The initial
resolution’s wording was changed. It was
