los niños, acomodar la ropa de los niños, limpiar su habitación, etc.)

Ventaja de ser Au pair :
La oportunidad de vivir en Francia de 2 a 24 meses. (menos de 6 meses,
solamente para miembros de la comunidad económica europea)
Ser parte de “Au pair club”, para conocer otras Au pairs que han vivido la
misma experiencia y participar en los eventos y viajes que se realizan.
conocer el perfil de la familia con la que te quedaras antes de viajar.
Tendrás tu habitación privada y 3 comidas al día.
Gozarás de 2 semanas de vacaciones pagadas SÍ realizas el programa de 12
meses, y 1 semana pagada si es un programa de 6 meses.
Asistencia y apoyo antes, durante y después de tu llegada.
Recibirás 80€ a la semana como pago + el costo del transporte público/o
gasolina en caso de tener un coche para poder llevar a los niños a la escuela e
ir a las clases de francés.
Contar con el respaldo de una Agencia con más de 20 años de experiencia.

para vivir un Intercambio exitoso.
Asistencia para tramitar la visa.
Seguro a cargo 100% de la familia (Seguro médico, seguro de responsabilidad

Únicamente los candidatos no-Europeos deberán tener
traducciones certificadas para su trámite de visado












Una carta de presentación para tu “Posible familia” (De preferencia en
francés)
2 referencias de cuidado de niños, 1 carta de referencias personales
Certificado médico traducido en francés
Fotocopia de pasaporte, identificación oficial y permiso de conducir (si
aplica)
Acta de nacimiento traducida en francés (Apostillada)
Cualquier documento de interés (Certificado de primeros auxilios, etc.)

Procedimiento:
1. Realiza el pago de pre-inscripción (50€) y envíanos por correo electrónico
tu expediente junto con la ficha de depósito para revisión
2. Tan pronto tu expediente sea revisado y aprobado, comenzaremos a enviarte
las familias que mejor se adapten a tus necesidades
3. En el momento que alguna familia te interese, le enviaremos tu contacto y viceversa
con el fin de que organicen una entrevista telefónica o Skype para que se conozcan.
4. recibirá llamadas de familias que estarán interesadas en usted ( la confirmación del
intercambio solo se puede confirmar después de haber tenido una llamada telefónica
5. Trámite de visado y organización de viaje (si se requiere)
Programa escolar:
Estudiarás en una escuela de idiomas con reconocimiento oficial, siguiendo el
mismo calendario que las escuelas en Francia (Costo amparado por la Au pair, con
un máximo del 40% del salario, muchas familias contribuyen al pago de éste,
sin embargo no es obligación)
El principal objetivo es estudiar francés como lengua extranjera, obteniendo
habilidades para hablarlo, entenderlo, y escribirlo.
Finalmente se busca que las y los Au Pairs se preparen para poder realizar
exámenes reconocidos internacionalmente como el DELF
Servicio Medico
Como Au pair tendrás el beneficio de estar en el Programa Nacional de Salud
de Francia. En caso de asistencia médica deberás pagar por
la
consulta/medicamentos, los cuales te serán reembolsados por tu servicio
médico (Proporcionado de manera obligatoria por la familia francesa).
La familia… No soy feliz
En caso de que nuestro Au Pair no este conforme con la familia, o las
condiciones, responsabilidades y derechos del Au Pair no sean las acordadas en
el contrato, se deberá notificar a nuestra Directora Residente para resolver
la situación. En caso de ser necesario se puede reubicar al Au Pair con una
nueva familia (siempre respetando los tiempos y procedimientos a seguir)
En caso de negligencia extrema en el cumplimiento del deber, si el “Director
Residente” cree que el Au Pair ha tenido un comportamiento no apto, y no
puede ser reubicado con una nueva familia o si deja su familia sin el permiso de su
“Director Residente”, no habrá reembolso alguno.
El comportamiento no tolerable incluye el cuidado inapropiado o el abuso
de los niños, la irresponsabilidad

 El regreso a tu país deberá correr por tu cuenta, así como los
gastos de escuela. En algunos casos algunas familias ayudan con
los gastos de la escuela (No en todos y NO es obligatorio)
 Deberás llegar a Francia con dinero suficiente para los primeros
gastos personales.(se recomienda llevar alguna tarjeta de crédito
MasterCard o Visa
 Si tienes permiso de conducir, deberás solicitar la Licencia de
conducción Internacional
 Es muy importante reconocer que tanto para nuestra Au pair
como para la familia que la recibirá es un cambio importante.
Nueva cultura, tradiciones y costumbres diferentes. Hay que
estar abierto a conocer y aprender y tener en cuenta que se
necesita aproximadamente 2 meses para adaptarse.

 El formulario de inscripción (debe ser completado en letra mayúscula en tinta negra)

Si el solicitante tiene un buen nivel de francés puede solicitar el formulario directamente en francés. Si su nivel de
francés no es suficientemente bueno, solicite el formulario en inglés y realice la traducción del idioma Inglés al
francés. Recuerde que debe hacer tantas copias de referencias como sea necesario y que debe proporcionarnos al
menos una referencia de carácter y dos referencias de cuidados de niños
1. 2 formularios de cuidado de niños: podrá completarse por cualquier persona para la cual usted trabajo como
niñera u otro tipo de atención.
2. Formulario de Referencia de Carácter: puede ser completado por cualquier persona (excluyendo miembros de la
familia): un amigo de la familia, un profesor (idealmente en francés)…














AU-PAIR IN FRANCE: AGREEMENT
This letter of agreement is between Au-Pair in FRANCE, an Au-Pair Placement Agency herein referred to as APITU., and

As a participant in the Au Pair in France programme, I agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. I agree:
1. I will carry out my child care and other responsibilities to the host family to the best of my ability and with due respect and will
take full advantage of the educational and cultural opportunities in my community in accordance with the rules and guidelines
set out in the brochure.
2. I am responsible for up to 30 hours of childcare per week plus 2 evenings babysitting. I will receive one week of vacation for a
six-month stay and two weeks for a one year stay.
3. I will not accept any form of paid employment during my stay other than within my duties as an au pair with my host family. I
agree to the weekly pocket money and will not incur any personal debts that cannot be covered by this amount.
4. The laws of my host country are very strict regarding drug abuse and vehicle usage. Disregarding these laws will result in my
immediate repatriation at my own expense. I will abide by the house rules preordained by my host family, including those
regarding smoking and vehicle usage. If a dispute arises, my Community Counselor will assist in determining what
is « reasonable ».
5. In case of problems with my placement, the Community Counselor will recommend and facilitate reassignment, repatriation or
withdrawal for my host family and me. I agree to remain resident as an au pair with my host family for at least two weeks or until
the situation is resolved, whichever comes first.
6. I will follow all instructions regarding travel, medical certificate, orientation and I will carefully read all materials sent or given
to me.
7. Decisions regarding acceptance into the Au Pair in France programme, withdrawal / replacement and repatriation are at the
sole discretion and authority of Au Pair in France.
8. I am responsible for transportation expenses to my host family and back to my country of origin.
9. I will cooperate fully with those supervising the program on my behalf for Apitu and I agree to abide by any reasonable
instructions they may give me.
10. I understand failing to provide full and accurate responses to the questions asked in this application, and on all ancillary
documents are grounds for my application to the programme to be rejected. I understand my application and contents therein
cannot be returned to me.
11. I hereby warrant the information I have given in the application completed by me is accurate and contains no omissions and I
agree to perform my duties as an au pair to the best of my ability and indemnify Apitu, their staff, agents and organizations
affiliated with them against any loss or damage suffered by any of them or any claims made against any of them as a result of
any breach or negligence by me during my participation in the programme.
12. I hereby agree Apitu or their affiliates or agents may without liability or expense to themselves take whatever action they
deem appropriate with regard to my health and safety and may place me in the hospital for medical services and treatment, or if
no hospital is available, may place me in the hands of a local medical doctor for treatment.
13. I acknowledge and agree to release the Apitu Agency, Au Pair in France, its Board of Directors, employees, agents and the
host families from responsibility for any events beyond its control without limitation acts of God or government restrictions that
may interfere with or preclude operation of the Au Pair in France program.
14. I further release Au Pair in France, Apitu, its subsidiaries or divisions, their officers, employees and agents from all claims for
any personal injury, property damage or other loss or expense which I might suffer due to the act of a host family member of the
guest or agent of a host family.
15. Refund policy. The application fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

set out herein in full.
