The needles will fall out of the needle bearing during dismantling
and can be collected for re-use. The outer ring and thrust bearing
need not be removed.
Die Nadeln im Nadellager werden bei der Demontage herausfallen
- sie sind zur Wiederverwendung aufzusammeln. Der Außenring
des Nadellagers und das Drucklager werden nicht ausgebaut.

Turn the housing and stand it on the workbench. Gently lever the
dust seal ring from the housing with a screwdriver.

Cleaning
Clean all parts carefully with low aromatic kerosine.
Inspection and replacement
Check all parts carefully and replace if necessary.
Lubrication
Before assembly, lubricate all parts with hydraulic oil and grease rubber parts with vaseline.
Reinigung
Alle Teile sorgfältig in aromatarmem Petroleum reinigen.
Kontrolle und Auswechslung
Alle Teile sorgfältig kontrollieren und falls notwendig, auswechseln.
Schmieren
Alle Einzelteile vor der Montage mit Hydrauliköl einschmieren, und die Gummiteile mit Vaseline

Nettoyer soigneusement toutes les pièces dans du pétrole à faible teneur en additifs.

Vérifier soigneusement toutes les pièces et les remplacer s’il y a lieu.
Lubrification
Avant le remontage, enduire toutes les pièces d’huile hydraulique, et graisser les pièces de
caoutchouc avec de la vaseline.

Derefter placeres hele lejet i huset. Pres lejet på med dorn
SJ 151 - 9000 - 18. Brug evt. presseudstyr.
Place the needles in the outer ring and hold them in place with
grease. Now place the whole bearing in the housing. Press the
bearing into position with mandrel SJ 151-9000-18. Pressure
equipment can be used.
Die Nadeln sind im Außenring des Lagers zu plazieren und mittels
Fett festzuhalten. Anschließend ist das komplette Lager im
Gehäuse anzubringen. Das Lager mit Dorn SJ 151-9000-18
hineinpressen. Ggf. ist eine Preßeinrichtung zu benutzen.
Placer les aiguilles dans la bague externe du palier et les
maintenir en place avec de la graisse. Puis monter tout le palier
dans le boîtier. Presser le palier en place avec le mandrin
SJ 151-9000-18. Utiliser éventuellement le matériel de pression.

lubricate with grease. Place balance plate lightly in position so that
it engages. Be careful not to damage the O-ring.

Die Wellenscheibe auf die Ausgleichsplatte legen und den O-Ring
in der O-Ring-Nut plazieren und mit Fett einschmieren. Die Ausgleichsplatte lose aufsetzen,so da siein Eingriff kommt . Darauf
aufpassen, den O-Ring nicht zu beschädigen.
Placer le ressort ondulé sur la plaque de compensation et le joint
torique dans sa rainure (graissé à la graisse). Mettre sans forcer la
plaque de compensation à sa place pour la faire entrer dans son
encoche. Attention de ne pas endommager le joint torique.

Place on the shaft with channels upwards so that the long tab on
the disc valve engages with the slot in the shaft.
Ist auf der Welle mit den Kanalöffnungen nach oben zu plazieren,
so daß der lange Zapfen des Scheibenventils in Eingriff mit dem
Wellenschlitz geht.

Cardan shaft
Er der forskel i splines længderne, monteres kardanakslerne med
den lange splines ende i udgangsakslen. Marker den bund i kardanakslens fortanding, som ligger ud for den lange tap i skiveventilen.
If there is a difference in the spline length, fit the cardan shaft with
the long-spline end in the output shaft. Mark the bottom of the cardan shaft spline that lies adjucent to the long tab in the disc valve.
Sind die Verzahnungslängen unterschiedlich, ist die Kardanwelle
mit dem langen Verzahnungsendstück in der Ausgangswelle zu
montieren.
Markieren Sie die Sohle des Kardanwellen-Vielkeils, der vor
dem langen Zapfen des Scheibenventils zu liegen kommt.
Si les cannelures sont de différente longueur monter les arbres à
cardan avec le bout de la longue cannelure dans l'arbre de sortie.
Marquer le fond de la denture des arbres à cardan qui se trouve
en face de la longue goupille de la soupape-disque.

Kanalpladen placeres forsigtigt på lejehuset, så akslen går ind i
lejet. Derefter trykkes på kanalpladen, indtil denne går mod huset.
Kanalpladen drejes, så skruehullerne flugter.
Place the needles in the outer ring and hold them in place with
grease. Carefully place the distributor plate on the bearing housing
so that the shaft enters the bearing. Press the distributor plate until
it stops on the housing and line up the screw holes.
Die Nadeln sind im Außenring des Nadellagers zu plazieren und
mittels Fett festzuhalten. Die Kanalscheibe ist vorsichtig am Lagergehäuse aufzusetzen, so daß die Welle ins Lager geschoben wird.
Anschließend ist die Kanalscheibe bis auf Anschlag gegen das
Gehäuse zu pressen. Die Kanalscheibe drehen, bis die Schraubenlöcher übereinander liegen.
Placer les aiguilles dans la bague externe du palier à aiguilles et

Placer O-ringene (indfedtet) i tandkransens O-ringsrille.
Placer tandhjulet med evt. fridrejning i splineshullet til samme side
som mindste skruehulsdiameter (trinhul) i tandhjulskransen.
Monter tandhjulsættet med denne side vendt mod motoren.
Omdrejningsretning CW:
Placer tandhjulsættet på kardanakslen, så en tandtop i tandhjulets
udvendige fortanding er lodret over mærket i kardanakslen.
Drej tandhjulsættet mod uret indtil kardanakslen og tandhjulet går i
indgreb (15°). Drej tandhjulskransen, så skruehullerne flugter.
Place the O-rings (greased) in the gearwheel O-ring recesses. If
there is a recess on one end of the splined hole, position the gearwheel with recess on the same side as the smallest screw hole
(stage hole) in the gearwheel rim. Fit the gearwheel set with this
side facing the motor.
Clockwise revolution:
Fit the gearwheel set on the cardan shaft so that the top of a tooth
in the external teeth of the gearwheel is vertically over the mark on
the cardan shaft. Turn the gearwheel set counterclockwise until
the cardan shaft and gearwheel engage (15°). Turn the gearwheel
rim to line up the screw holes.
Die O-Ringe (eingefettet) in die O-Ring-Nuten des Zahnkranzes
einlegen. Das Zahnrad ist mit dem evt. Abstich in der Vielkeilverzahnung auf der gleichen Seite wie der kleinste Schraubenlochdurchmesser (Stufenloch) im Zahnradkranz zu plazieren.
Den Zahnradsatz mit dieser Seite gegen Motor gewandt montieren.
Drehrichtung im Uhrzeigersinn:
Den Zahnradsatz so auf der Kardanwelle plazieren, daß eine
Zahnspitze der Außenverzahnung des Zahnrads genau senkrecht
über der Markierung auf der Kardanwelle zu liegen kommt.
Den Zahnradsatz gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis die Kardanwelle und das Zahnrad miteinander in Eingriff gehen (15°). Den
Zahnradkranz drehen, bis die Schraubenlöcher übereinander liegen.
Placer les joints toriques (graissés) dans leurs rainures respecti ves
de la couronne dentée. Placer la roue dentée avec rotation éventuel
lement libre dans le trou de cannelure, du même côté que le plus
petit diamètre de trou de vis (trou gradué) dans la couronne dentée.
Monter le jeu d'engrenages avec ce côté tourné vers le moteur.
Sens de rotation dans le sens de la montre:
Placer le jeu d'engrenages sur l'arbre à cardan de sorte qu'un
sommet de dent de la denture extérieure de la roue dentée soit à
la verticale au dessus de la marque de l'arbre à cardan.
Tourner le jeu d'engrenages contre la montre jusqu'à ce que
l'arbre à cardan et la roue dentée s'enclenchent (15°). Tourner la
couronne dentée pour ajuster les trous des vis.
